Ok, so after much thought of what I was gunna run for the second half of my PH run, I decided to go with what I originally planned, Epi-Strong. I am also going to drop the HcGenerate until my PCT. I am going to replace it with Dermacrine Topical at 4 pumps a day. I have never used the Dermacrine so I want to try it out. Again, I will add the HcGenerate back in for PCT, unless I have some libido problems I will start it right away. I am also going to stop the Ancient Strength creatine and add it into PCT. It is going to be for four weeks and will look like this
First week Epi-Strong 30mg a day/4 pumps Dermacrine
Second week Epi-Strong 30 mg a day/4 pumps Dermacrine
Third week Epi-Strong 45 mg a week/4 pumps Dermacrine

I drank 3 scoops of Xtend during my workout and had a Musclemilk shake postw workout.
Overall the chest workout went pretty well. I am going to up the poundage next week and try to hit 315 on the flatbench. I just want to add that due to previous injuries I am unable to train legs and or do strongman training till further notice, ie, tire flips, etc. I tried to do legs a couple weeks back and that affected me in a negative way.
