Training Triceps Saturday went really well. Then Saturday night I starting feeling crappy. My stomach was acting up a bit so I pretty much chilled out but my appetite was way down. I had a light dinner and that was it. Then Sunday I woke up and my stomach was kicking my a*s. Had some nasty pain and with that very little appetite. I used the Chlorothoxy but I skipped all remaining supps for the day. I had soup for both lunch and dinner and that was it. I took the Chlorothoxy at night before bed

Ok, I chose to skip all remaining supps Monday to give my stomach a little break. I did not train Monday cause I had not been consuming enough food from being under the weather over the weekend. Although Yesterday I started feeling better and increased my calories with teh hope of training tomorrow. Consumed three meals plus two meal replacement shakes (total 5 meals)
