Training Triceps Saturday went really well. Then Saturday night I starting feeling crappy. My stomach was acting up a bit so I pretty much chilled out but my appetite was way down. I had a light dinner and that was it. Then Sunday I woke up and my stomach was kicking my a*s. Had some nasty pain and with that very little appetite. I used the Chlorothoxy but I skipped all remaining supps for the day. I had soup for both lunch and dinner and that was it. I took the Chlorothoxy at night before bed

Ok, I chose to skip all remaining supps Monday to give my stomach a little break. I did not train Monday cause I had not been consuming enough food from being under the weather over the weekend. Although Yesterday I started feeling better and increased my calories with teh hope of training tomorrow. Consumed three meals plus two meal replacement shakes (total 5 meals)

Some sets I was able to do more weight and or more reps, however on others I could not do anymore. Overall, though I improved almost on everything. Muscle Pumps were very good today. Also, On a good note, I am up another .50 pounds this morning.

Overall my workout was good considering I tweaked my back in the morning and was eating Thanksgiving food all day, lots of it. I normally would not have worked out but I did not want to chance skipping a day at this point. My workout was later on in the evening around 10pm.

I just want to post a comment about my diet. For the most part I am consuming 5 meals a day, 2 of them being musclemilk shakes mized with Now Complex Carbs. The reamining three meals are primarily consisting of chicken, steaks, pasta, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, etc.

What an awesome day in the gym for me. Once again got lots of compliments and stares in the gym. I had plenty of energy during this workout as well. Feels good to be back to myself for a change..Loving the Chlorothoxy..

I am not training today. I have a lot of things going on. Tomorrow I am going to write up a review summary on the Chlorothoxy as this part of my log will be completed. Tomorrow I am going to start the second half of this prohormone run. I have a few different things so I am not sure exactly what I am going to add and prob wont make my decision until the morning. I am leaning towards added Beastdrol and Dermacrine Topical and run that for four weeks before starting my PCT. Normally I would have run the beast into the Halo but Obv could not do that this time. I am pretty excited that I gained 9 pounds since day one and I have to say most of it is muscle. Take care guys and I hope those that are following are enjoying the ride..SJ
