Ok everyone. This is the time. Needto was very gracious enough to supply me with a bottle of MrSupps Chlorothoxy, which is a topical PH/DS. Chlorothoxy contains both (Helladrol aka Halladrol 50) 4-chloro-17a-Methly-Androsta-1,4-diene-3-17-diol (25mg per serving) and (Max LMG) 13 ethyl 3 methoxy (10mg per serving). I am getting ready to start this log.

Chlorothoxy log:

Weeks 1 to 4

Chlorothoxy 50mg per day, which is 10 pumps am and 10 pumps pm.
HcGenerate 3 caps in the am and 2 caps pm
Need2Guard 7 caps per day
(At the end of the four weeks, I will post the results of Chlorothoxy and give you all honest feedback on the product)

Weeks 5 to 8

Epi-Strong 15/30/30/45 or Beastdrol 10/20/30/30 (depends on several things and I already have both)
HcGenerate 3 caps in the am and 2 caps pm
Need2Guard 7 caps per day
(at the end of week 8, I will update once again)

Weeks 9 to 12

HcGenerate 3 caps am and 2 caps pm
Formastanzol 5 pumps x2 (5am and 5 pm)
Post Cycle/Unleased (as directed)
Phytoserms as directed
(Will post picture of these products in attachments after Phytoserms comes in)

Staples (Supps all the way through)

1) Ancient Strength Creatine for on days and Sci-Fit Crea Alkalyn or plain Creatine mono powder for days off (have old bottles of both laying around)
2) N2KTS (Fruit Punch)
3) Musclemilk Protein Meal replacements (2 to 3 shakes per day) mixed with Now Complex Carbs


Ok, just a little about me for people that do not know me. I am a Moderator over at NeedtoBuildMuscle..I have been weighttraining for approximately 20 years, mostly powerlifting and strongman type training. I have competed in powerlifting events in the past at 165/181/198. I am now heading toward competing in a Strongman Competition within the next year or so. I have been taking bodybuilding supplements for almost the same amount of time. I was hitting the supps heavy when EAS first came out with both Creatine Monohydrate powder and the infamous HMB. I was slamming down Metrx Vanilla Meal replacements shakes at the time. I also remember all the plant sterols, Cybergenics, etc. You name it I tried most if not all of them.

Now with the Prohormones/DS. I have tried a majority of them too, with my favorite being the old Pheraplex/P-plex( prob ran 3 to 5 times and gained 12 to 15 pounds each cycle). Second to that was Halladrol 50. I have ran this or a clone to it, ie, MrSUpps Helladrol, Primordial Performance Turninabol LV, Myogenix Halo D, CEL H-Drol, GXL Original HD (PPlex/Halo) and a couple other brands whose names I can't remember. I have probably ran the Halo products at least 10 times. I have also tried other PH/DS including Epi, Superdrol, Dymethazine, and when they were legal, the Androstendiol, and Norandrostendiol, Ha, I remember teh old Pinnacle Andro Poppers, LOL. Anyway, I have tried most of them at least once, hence the name SUPPLEMENTJUNKIE. So as you can see I have plenty of experience with PH/DS including Halo. The last cycle I ran was an 8 weeker and hence an 8 weeker again. My last cycle was Primordial Performance Turninabol LV/ Androhard (6 weeks) bridged into 11 Sterone for 2 weeks and then into PCT.

NOTE: This type of cycle is for the experienced user only. Please do not try an eight week PH/DS cycle for your first run or if you have little experience with PH/DS. I have run so many of these cycles and know how my body reacts to them and when I might need to back things down, etc. So again, keep in mind, 8 weeks is a long cycle. Average cycles are 4 to 6 weeks. I am not in the medical field and I do not give medical advice. What I say here is IMO and for entertainment purposes only..Thank You..

Anyway with that, I was doing good up until this past year. First I sustained a back injury in FEB 2010 which kept me from serious training for three months. I was able to start hitting it heavy in May and bulked up real nice and then trimmed down. In July I was prob in the best shape of my life. Then this past August I was struck with a nasty stomach infection. I was hospitalized and could barely eat. I lost approximately 20 pounds and was out of the gym for about 6 weeks. I have since been back in the gym training again (moderately) and started to eat good again.

My goal here with this log is to bulk and get as big as I can.I am concerned with fat, but not overly concerned. I will worry about leaning up in the spring. I am looking to gain alot of my size back that I lost this past summer. My diet is going to be a bulk diet, consisting of lots of Steaks, Chicken, Pasta, Oats, etc.

I will post my supplement regimen and training at least every couple of days in not every day.

Height 5'7"
Beginning weight 168 pounds (I was 185 before getting sick in August so this is my goal)

Well today was the first day of Chlorothoxy but before I start I left some info in my main post in regard to my training. I normally train one bodypart a day, however, every couple of weeks I will train biceps and triceps together to change things up. Also, depending on how I feel, I will throw an extra day of training in per week consisting of only strongman lifts, ie, tire flips, farmers walk, sledge hammer training, sled drag, log press, etc.

Training

Day 1 Triceps
Day 2 Shoulders
Day 3 Biceps
Day 4 Chest
Day 5 Back
Day 6 legs or Strongman training


One thing I need to add, is I am still having some reoccurring problems with my stomach in regard to the stomach infection that I had over the summer. I damaged my stomach and have scarring and I get nasty stomach pain on any given day, sometimes worse then others. As you will see, depending how I feel I may or may not train legs during a particular week because the Squats and leg presses put major stress and pressure on my stomach. Now before you say anything, I LOVE to train legs. It is my Favorite bodypart, along with Deadlifts. Being a powerlifter these are two out of the three exercises I compete in, Squats, deadlifts, and Benchpress. If it was up to me I would train them twice a week, nevermind, not at all. Anyway enough said. Now lets KTS..


I broke open the bottle of Chlorothoxy today as soon as I got out of the shower this morning. Wow, was this stuff easy to pump out and rub on. I dont know what's easier, this or the Forma..LOL, anyway I used ten pumps. It dried very well and no bad smell at all..I also took 3 caps of HcGenerate and 4 caps of N2Guard.

I took one scoop of N2KTS approximately 30 minutes before training..

I trained Triceps and Biceps today. Workout consisted of:

Ex#1 Lying Tricep Extentions (skull crushers)

Set 01, 45 pounds x 30 reps (warm-up set)
Set 02, 55 pounds x 25 reps
Set 03, 65 pounds x 20 reps
Set 04, 75 pounds x 15 reps
Set 05, 75 pounds x 10 reps
Set 06, 75 pounds x 10 reps

Ex #2 Standing wide Grip E-Z bar curls/superset with Ex#3

Set 01, 45 pounds x 25 reps (warm-up set)
Set 02, 55 pounds x 25 reps
Set 03, 65 pounds x 20 reps
Set 04, 75 pounds x 15 reps
Set 05, 75 pounds x 12 reps
Set 06, 75 pounds x 10 reps

Superset

Ex #3 one-arm overhead dumbell extentions

Set 01, 10 pounds x 30 reps (each arm, warm-up)
Set 02, 15 pounds x 30 reps
Set 03, 20 pounds x 15 reps
Set 04, 25 pounds x 12 reps
Set 05, 30 pounds x 08 reps
Set 06, 20 pounds x 10 reps

Ex #4 Standing alternating dumbell curls

Set 01, 20 pounds x 17 reps (each arm)
Set 02, 25 pounds x 12 reps
Set 03, 30 pounds x 10 reps
Set 04, 40 pounds x 05 reps
Set 05, 25 pounds x 10 reps

Ex #5 tricep dips (utilizing two flat benches)

Set 01, bodyweight x 25 reps

Note: I drank an Xtend drink during my workout

Overall, the workout was good. Obv it is too soon to see any results already, however, knowing how my body responds I should see some results in a couple of days. I can't wait. Anyway, when I got done training I drank a Musclemilk shake 2 scoops mixed with one scoop of Now Complex carbs. Also took a serving of Ancient Strength creatine.

Not to much to report for today. Today is an off day for me as I have been working out for the past few days before starting this log so I need the rest. I woke up this morning with a bodyweight of 168.5. I am going to be taking a shower soon and applying the Chlorothoxy which is a cakewalk. I also applied ten pumps last night before bed. Once again, dried nice both times..SJ

What's up guys. Day three was yesterday, however, I did not get a chance to update. Bodyweight was 169 upon wakening, so I am already up one pound, but that could be simply water, but hey, I will take it. I have continued to use 10 pumps of Chlorothoxy in morning after shower and another 10 pumps at night before bed. Still no problem with pump, no problems with drying, and still no bad smell or anything. This stuff is just as easy to use as the forma as far as I am concerned.

Immediately upon completion I drank Xtend (3 scoops) as I forgot to bring with me to the gym. 30 minutes later I had a Musclemilk shake mixed with Now Complex Carbs. Also took a serving of Ancient Strength Creatine.

NOte: I felt really good during this workout, had lots of energy and some of my lifts were up a little..

Before bed last night I utilized another 10 pumps of Chlorothoxy, took two caps of HcGenerate, and 4 caps of Need2Guard.
