My strength went up on teh overhead E-Z bar presses, but it was down on the alternating front dumbell rasies. The only thing I changed was I normally hold the dumbell hammer style when doing the front rasies and this time I didn't.

I thought about going for 315 on the flatbench but I did n ot want to overdue it. My back was tweaking a little on the 295 so I did not want to push it but I am going for the 315 next week.

Also, vey little sides to report. I was experinecing some headaches the first couple of days but that subsided rather quick. I have noticed a little more vascularity within the past week but that could be from dropping the creatine. Finally, I just want to add that the dermacrine topical is pretty easy to use. I mean, it's not as easy as the Chlorothoxy or Formastanzol, but all in all its good. The pump is pretty easy to use that it dries in a decent amount of time. Also, it has a pretty good smell to it..SJ

I was going to train biceps today but I got so involved with a project around the homefront that I never made it. I wanted to finish my project which I did. I am going to train biceps tomorrow and then hit triceps on Monday, that is the plan. I needed the extra day off anyway as I have been getting some sharp pains in my inner forarms, kinda like shinsplints but in my forearms. On a good note my bodyweight is still steadily going up. I hope to hit 185 by the time this cycle is over. I might up the Epi-Strong to 45mg within the next couple of days. I am loving this cycle so far. I thing when I finish PCT I am going to take some time off of PH and go the more natural route for a year and get my body clean. I am actually intersted in training BJJ so this spring might be the time to do it. I might kick up teh cardio and go for it..SJ
