Sudden Hunger

My gf wanted me to ask you all another question -- recently the last week or so she has been consistently SUPER HUNGRY... any idea what could be causing this? Nothing has changed in her workout or diet... Just wayyyyyyyyyy more hungry...

could be that the number of calories that were sufficient in the past no longer are. i think the better shape we are in, the higher the bmr. thats not specific to females though. im sure there could be any number of possibilities. but usually metabolism has been sped up for some reason
