one of my buddies with is a national competitor in the NPC, told me for my next to show to get all the water off of me, I should mix preperatation H, and therobucase and rub it on me. do u guys think that would get the rest of the water out and tighten my skin.

well it could not hurt...I would recommend arimidex and Diazide for getting"dry" for a show

you could use some arimidex to lose the water. as far as the gyno goes....well....it depends on how far along it is....and bud i think yours is too far along. i developed a small not right behind my nipple and then immediatly started 20mg nolva/day and .5 armidex/day. cleared it up no problem...no more not. :dance2:

What pro and competition man use for shed last water in skin is diuretics, it is very effective. So be aware because some of them are dangerous if it misuse

I knew a girl who was a professional model and she said that they use preperatation H and wrap there legs in Suran ( sp ? ) wrap at night before a photo shoot to take out the excess water. Just FYI

Hey Deca, hows it been bro?

I would suggest arimidex and try lower your sodium intake.

contact me on aol bro (IM) my SN is diabolical30

someone told me one should drink a lot of distilled water to shed excess water...anyone agrees?
I have been using Yohinburne for a couple of weeks and I am noticing nice results.

yohimburn is great...love it. But the whole idea behind not drinking tap water is that there are certain chemicals in it and I think even trace amounts of sodium... You should be OK with tap water unless you are really going low (5% or less).
