Strange Question...

Okay, this is a very weird question...

My boyfriend is a bodybuilder, takes supplements, drinks/eats a ton of protein, etc. Well, I had noticed a strange smell coming from him...and we couldn't quite pinpoint from where (told yall this was weird...). It almost smells sour or like yeast or something...but not like sweat or anything...

Well, I started drinking a lot more protein shakes than I used to since I'm lifting heavy, and I'm beginning to notice it on me! Is this related to the protein? I have absolutely no clue what it is...or if I think it's me but it's really him...any ideas?!?

Yup, it is how your body is breaking down the protein. Are ya'll also low-carbing?

Well that is good to know! I'd been trying to figure it out...without completely offending him...ha! Yes, we're both low-carb...him more so than me.

Haha! It is not a pleasant smell...that's for sure! Is this something we should be concerned about (as in our diet)...or is this just an unpleasant side effect of an okay diet?
