As far as my approach, I'm going in a different direction. Instead of bulking and cutting, I'm starting right out of the gate, eating clean, cutting out the crap and watching the calories. After a few days I can already see a difference. Once I dial that in, I just have to think about getting as dense and muscular as possible. Nothing extreme with the carbs. Though I will be using about 30 caps of GEAR a day.
I'm already on HRT (legal) so upping the dose is easy enough. And I like a little oral kickstart -- preferably t-bol. And you boys know I love my Primo. I will not go over 500 mgs a week-- total. That's HRT, and any and all extras combined. What will be will be.
I've looked on line at some over 50 and over 60 contests and some of those guys look fucking awesome and some look absolutely pathetic. So I figure if I just show up and look good I've made my point.
But it's a lot of work for that 45 seconds on stage.
