Thanks guys. it's in tribeca NYC on June 8th. Honestly, I don't think I'm going to change much in regard to training -- maybe double up on legs. (They need it ) It's mostly about diet. Right now I can eat sponge cake and yodels and have decent abs, so I figure if I cut out the crap I can get lean without losing much weight. I can't use any stims or GH.
There are no weight catagories, so that's a disadvantage.
