Yes, I think your humble EF regular contributor is going for it. NPC baby.

I've been toying with the idea of doing an over-60 next year. I figured most of my competition would be dead. But I just found out the NPC doesn't do over 60 -- just over 55. And some of those guys in their 50's look pretty fucking awesome.

But right now, I'm "in shape." Nothing astonishing. But the contest is in 6 weeks -- just enough time to clean up my diet without losing my mind, do a little cycle, bust my ass and double up on the supps.

And I'll probably STILL get my ass kicked. But hey, what the hell? One last hurrah.

Whattaya think guys? Am I delusional? Help support a old man in need.

best news i've heard all day. go for it. the NPC i was supposed to be in and attended had 600 some competitors of all shapes and sizes. female, male. old, young. just go do it and have fun..
