Smoked up...

I smoke from time to time, but only when I have nothing else to do that day because it certainly will kill my motivation. I just use it to relax after a stressful day or week.

When you relax at night (cough)...what do you usually chow down on? Cutting or bulking.....

Leftovers. All the leftovers. Then something chocolaty, maybe some cookies. Then some ice cream. I like those Drumstick cones with the waffle cone, vanilla ice cream, chocolate covered and a chuck of choc at the bottom. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
 
I just got some flavored blunts wraps off ebay. I'm in love. Yes I smoke everyday and I even smoke before my workout sometimes. It helps me focus. if I drink an ephedrine based drink beforehand mixed with a little green I feel great for my workout.
 
the only way i could see it slowing your gains would be the junk food that follows smoking weed. i always bring a protein shake when i party, i dont drink, so smoking comes as a treat for me, kinda like a reward for working so hard in the gym. i probably smoke not even 5 times a month though :rolleyes:

but when i do i smoke the CHRONIC shit! :rasta:
 
I've gone through phases.. I was really anti weed in high school. I was a competative runner and didn't want to damage my lungs. I have asthma already so that is one strike.

Then in college I broke down and tried weed.. i went through a year or two where I did it recreationally almost every weekend. I wasn't really running at this time but was always very active.

After that phase I went years where I would only do it maybe once or twice the entire year and not much at that.

Then I went on a trip to B.C. Canada and had some of their weed... It was like it all came back, but this time SOO much better. Since then I've used it recreationally more often. Definitely not an everyday thing.. but the frequency has definitely gone up.
 
I was a chronic smoker for about 15yrs.. i'm talking about Morning noon and night. I can say it fuked with me bad - killed the endurance sports, once gaging after a bong toke gave me a minor hernia. It never hurt my professional life as i'm doing very fine there. just sports and bedroom..I've been in non pothead mode now for about two weeks - i know, not much but its for real, i have no desire to ever smoke again, and i can feel the libido increase. This shit seriously fuked me up cause i was stoned all the time. its amazing how quick the sides left me though. even though my test is low, 360, i bet its way bck up now cause libido is through the roof. love the whole herb escape but dang, if it aint one drug its another.. l8ta.
 
The key is to use it as a reward for yourself at the END of the day, when you are relaxing and winding down.

I hardly ever allow myself to smoke before 9:00 at night during the week because I know it will affect my motivation. Once I get back from the gym, I smoke and then have a great time preparing my post workout meal and grubbing down hard.

Wake and bake baby. I love getting baked before my workout. I'm so in the zone when I do so. It's like I'm all alone in the gym, just me and the iron.
