That was brilliant about the lack of dreams.....I never put two and two together, but I NEVER remember my dreams....makes sense now.....so, in essence, it really does hamper your muscle building, as you are neglecting that deep sleep....I probbaly sleep for 2 hours at a time.......never hit that deep REM.......
As for eating.....I usually don't get the munchies......I slam a huge egg white and prtoein shake (with 2lbs of ice so it's thick as hell), so davinchi penaut syrup.............then about 3 big handfuls of shelled nuts (1/2 go in the shake) and some veggies......then it's sack time..........
