Last Thursday was day with trainer.
Things were kinda strange.
I felt it a couple days prior but just thought it was soreness. My joint had started to hurt some. By Thursday they definitely felt different. Kinda dry feeling and sore.
I battle my estrogen on cycle. Normally I have to use AI to keep it down and some times don’t know when it is too high.
Last cycle I was able to keep prolactin down but estrogen was up. tren was cause of that.
No tren this cycle but do have primo. I started with same ai set up as the tren.
Remidex and tamoxifen with each injection.
So after Thursday I had the idea maybe I had dropped my estrogen to low. That was an injection day. So I skipped the ai. Here I am on Saturday and things already feel better.
I am going to skip ai next injection on Monday the the following on next Thursday I will go to half dose. Should be starting the Anavar next week also.
Other than that today in gym felt great. I am enjoying this clean mild cycle.
Question. I don’t remember how long before you start to feel the anavar.

@Slyderkt something new to report always broNothing new to report. All is good. Days in gym are solid. Food is nice and healthy. Still waiting on anavar to show up so I can start it.
Weight is holding at 204. So I need to look at diet and drop some calories.

I wish phone were not allowed at the gym. Of course I use mine for music. Some times a work call or text. But I leave the area and give up my machine. Pisses me off people holding up a machine watching tick tock and such.
Get the fuck out of the way!!!!!
Also machines and benches are not locker rooms or side table tables. Stop setting your bag, water, phone and shit on machines or benches. If your not using it, move your shit!
It kills me. We are at the gym, but too lazy to bend over and set our shit on the floor!

I did 2 sets of ten gobble squats. With elevated heals. That was at warm up so I didn’t list them.
I am starting to do a few now and then. I used the smith machine the other day for squats and that went ok.i want to start with box squats so i have a safety .

Lunch out was one empanada, two duck tacos and breakfast potatoes.

Evening did meal prep so cooked chicken breast and ate one of those.
Bed time snack was 3 chocolate rice cakes with PB&J

I admit it is a mental thing. Surgery was 40 years ago. I don’t limp or let it hold me back in any other part of my life.

Last time I did walking lunges it tore me up.
There is a lot of movement in that joint.
I need to work on stabilizer muscles.

Had to celebrate early to be able to get us all together. Next Wednsday is my actual birthday. So might eat heavy that day also. Still get to enjoy life. It is great!!!
I did chest today. Kids got me a sling shot. Got to play with it. So far I like how it helps control the movement. Made barbells move in a better path.

Sunday I tried again. Got in a good work out but just didn’t go as planned.
Some days it just doesn’t hit right.
Shoulder was acting up so I stayed off it.

My parents are both 93 and still living together. They are old and falling apart fast.
However I am still blessed that they are still alive.
My older sister and I do the best we can to take care of them.
Dad went back in today with same issue. Finally got the doctors on board to move his surgery forward to help relief his problem.
I got to go to gym today and work out with my trainer. He kicked my ass.
Plus I go to a gym in a warehouse with no ac. Was 100 outside.
I left a puddle of sweat everywhere I went.
Had to rest a bit before driving home.
I freaking loved it. I am a glutton for punishment.

Life has been crazy busy. So I have not posted to my log.
Diet is good but have decided to add in more food.
Weight is not going up or down. Still around the 200-205 area.
Was cutting out on meals and that is dumb on my part. I know I can eat a few more calories. But I have to eat more regular.
My meal timing has been for shit and that is cause big swings.
Not good. And not good for sugar levels etc….
I have just been skipping meals cause not hungry. Not skipping enough to call it fasting.
I know better than this. I know my body well enough to realize that it doesn’t work for me. I need to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. 6 oz of protein and maybe cup of rice and veggies with som fats.
Gonna shoot for 275 gram protein, 200 carbs and about 40-50 fat.
Those are rough numbers I will dial this in. That makes me feel better and body works better.
I just have to stop being a pussy and do it.
