Approved Log Slyder 2024 cut cycle

i've been on anavar for about 3 weeks now. i wouldn't say i am 'feeling it' per say. more of a gradual improvement in hardness and pumps coming on
That’s about what I was thinking. It’s been awhile since I ran it. Thanks
 
I hate when estrogen gets too low
I get the low libido and depressed
I always laugh and joke.
As I have gotten older I cry like a bitch.
Songs, movies videos, events. Etc…
I blame it on my estrogen for test being out of wack!
 
I went back and read what I wrote earlier and even I am confused.
Let me clarify. I have three thing that I have to control on cycle. Estrogen, prolactin, and a lump in breast. That grows and goes away with med.
What I learned in last two cycles
Remidex seems to be best to help control estrogen.
Caber seems to help control prolactin.
Tamoxifen helps control and reduce my lump. Each one might do other things but that is the base of each for me.

Two cycles ago prolactin and estrogen got out of control and I stopped that cycle.
I used tamoxifen to reduce the lump.

The last cycle I tried to figure out more of which drug did what. I had left out the remindex and lump and prolactin were controlled. But estrogen went up.
I added remidex back in and estrogen went down.
The last cycle was test, tren and Tbol
This cycle is primo and test so far.
I beleive primo some times lowers estrogen.
This why I have not added the anavar yet. I wanted to see what was going to happen with the first two compounds.
 
you won't notice a ton on anavar
it doesn't give sides though
 
Some of us are just more or less sensitive to estrogen. You definitely don't want to crash it though. It can crush your libido on top of the joint issues you were having. Glad to hear you are already feeling better.

Last Thursday was day with trainer.
Things were kinda strange.
I felt it a couple days prior but just thought it was soreness. My joint had started to hurt some. By Thursday they definitely felt different. Kinda dry feeling and sore.
I battle my estrogen on cycle. Normally I have to use AI to keep it down and some times don’t know when it is too high.

Other than that today in gym felt great. I am enjoying this clean mild cycle.

Nothing new to report. All is good. Days in gym are solid. Food is nice and healthy. Still waiting on anavar to show up so I can start it.
Weight is holding at 204. So I need to look at diet and drop some calories.

Rant.
I wish phone were not allowed at the gym. Of course I use mine for music. Some times a work call or text. But I leave the area and give up my machine. Pisses me off people holding up a machine watching tick tock and such.
Get the fuck out of the way!!!!!
Also machines and benches are not locker rooms or side table tables. Stop setting your bag, water, phone and shit on machines or benches. If your not using it, move your shit!
It kills me. We are at the gym, but too lazy to bend over and set our shit on the floor!

1. Leg curl machine. 4x12 65 , 80, 95 , 110
2. Leg extension 4x12 60, 80,100, 100
3. Leg press machine. 4x12 225, 285, 365, full stack 405.
4.Seated calf machine 4x12 200, 280, 350 full stack 390.
5. Vertical leg press. 4x12 270, 450, 630, 720
6. Seated calf plates 4x20 90,90, 135,135
20 min in dry sauna

I did 2 sets of ten gobble squats. With elevated heals. That was at warm up so I didn’t list them.
I am starting to do a few now and then. I used the smith machine the other day for squats and that went ok.i want to start with box squats so i have a safety .
I will get there.

Food wasn’t the best. Family took me out to lunch for Father’s Day birthday combo.

Breakfast was oatmeal 2 servings
Then work out.
Lunch out was one empanada, two duck tacos and breakfast potatoes.
Finished with churros

Should have taken picture but was too hungry.

Evening did meal prep so cooked chicken breast and ate one of those.

Bed time snack was 3 chocolate rice cakes with PB&J

Not the best day and not the worst!

Thanks for the reply. But the other exercises can and will have the potential for issues. Every time you sit then stand up you're squatting

Duck taco were very yummy.
It had a slaw on top of it.
I always like to try new things. Didn’t think about it being a brunch time when we went.
Brunch places not really a place for lots of food. Portions seem smaller.
I was there for the family fun anyway.
We sat on the patio and they had live music.
I needed a relaxing time.
Rest of the family was melting. Hahahaha. Wimps.
I had a rough day at work yesterday but spent 4 hours moving large boulders by hand.
Back was trashed so just went home to a hot bath and called it a day.
Next to days are with trainer. Gonna be great.

Birthday and Father's Day combined......I wouldn't worry too much about the food! Honestly it wasn't even that bad.
Ya I have just learned brunch is not a feast meal.
Couple years ago I did all you can eat beef ribs. Family got bored watching me eat. I think I put myself in a meat coma. It was freaking anmazing. All my ladies eat like birds.
Had to celebrate early to be able to get us all together. Next Wednsday is my actual birthday. So might eat heavy that day also. Still get to enjoy life. It is great!!!

I did chest today. Kids got me a sling shot. Got to play with it. So far I like how it helps control the movement. Made barbells move in a better path.

Lots of cardio and stairs. But not the best of food, made the best choice that I had in front of me.

Back in town and hit chest this eve. Overall about 2 hours. Only 90 degree in gym.
15 minute warm up.
Then cable machine 4 sets each head of triceps.

1. 3 sets of 15 push up on half boso ball.
2. Dumbell flat bench 4 sets. 50lb x15,
60lbx12, 70lb x9, 80 lb x5 then 50lb x20
3. Flat bench neutral grip machine 5 sets 90lbs x20 , 180lbs x 12 twice, 230lb x12, 250lbs x10
4. Incline machine neutral grip 4 set 90lb x 20, 140x 16, 180x 12, 200x 10.- then drop set 5,8,10, max
5. Cable machine shoulder height 4 set 15
30,40,50,60 lbs
6. Cable machine buckets (low) 4 sets 15
30,30,40,40
7 . Land mine chest press.hands together.
4 sets 15 50 lbs
8. Chest press machine 4 sets max each 70 lbs. burned out

30minutes ab work

2. Cable machine bent over side raise 20 lbs 4x15
3. Front delt rais dumbell. 4x15 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs, 30lbs
4 . 4 ways= side raise pull around to front then reverse. 4x12 10 lbs
Superset with palms facing forward. Big circle from thighs to over head 4x12 10 lbs
( these with light weight will humble you)
5. Over head press machine 4x12 45 plate each side, 55, 57.5, 60 lbs. then drop set 6,8,10,12. Left shoulder fatigued half way last set and died.
6. Switched to arms preacher curl 4x12 40lbs,40 lbs, 50lbs, 60lbs
Super set 4x20 kick backs
7. Skull crusher4x20 60 lbs I think
8. Alternating dumbell curl 4x12 25lbs, 30, 30,35lbs
9. Crossbody curl,,4x20 25-30lb dumbell
10. Over hard cable tricep extension4x20
11. Hammer curls 4x12. 30,35, 40, 40lbs

careful so no shoulder injury i would go a bit lower weights
 
definitely don't push the shoulders too much it's not something that reacts well to high volume

Dad was headed to hospital. Thank goodness I had not taken my pre work out!
Spent the whole day at hospital with him.
Caught up on sleep while he was gone for testing.
He came home after lots of test.
Missed my big gym day but family first.
Sunday I tried again. Got in a good work out but just didn’t go as planned.
Some days it just doesn’t hit right.
Shoulder was acting up so I stayed off it.
Don’t get me wrong. Still tore up some arms today but just not the original game plan.
At my age some day just can’t force it!

My parents are both 93 and still living together. They are old and falling apart fast.
However I am still blessed that they are still alive.
My older sister and I do the best we can to take care of them.
Dad went back in today with same issue. Finally got the doctors on board to move his surgery forward to help relief his problem.

I got to go to gym today and work out with my trainer. He kicked my ass.
Plus I go to a gym in a warehouse with no ac. Was 100 outside.
I left a puddle of sweat everywhere I went.
Had to rest a bit before driving home.
I freaking loved it. I am a glutton for punishment.

You guys rock with all the support you give people!!!!

People all think gym rats are a bunch of meat heads.
Well the definition of meat head is “ an amazing person who enjoys the gym life.

Life has been crazy busy. So I have not posted to my log.
Diet is good but have decided to add in more food.
Weight is not going up or down. Still around the 200-205 area.
Was cutting out on meals and that is dumb on my part. I know I can eat a few more calories. But I have to eat more regular.
My meal timing has been for shit and that is cause big swings.
Not good. And not good for sugar levels etc….
I have just been skipping meals cause not hungry. Not skipping enough to call it fasting.
I know better than this. I know my body well enough to realize that it doesn’t work for me. I need to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. 6 oz of protein and maybe cup of rice and veggies with som fats.

Gonna shoot for 275 gram protein, 200 carbs and about 40-50 fat.
Those are rough numbers I will dial this in. That makes me feel better and body works better.
I just have to stop being a pussy and do it.
