People dont understand that flying isn't a right, it is a privilege and if you agree to fly you agree to these rules.... period.... if we stop searching children or people in wheelchairs or people with X circumstance, then guess what the terrorists will try next? that's right putting something on someone in these conditions in order to execute their plan...

And that was why I will respectfully disagree with their "findings". I don't doubt they may have even found them I just don't think that means they stopped a terrorist attack.

I carry a firearm and a knife on me everyday. If I somehow forgot about my pocket knife and attempted to board a plane. Get searched and they find it. Confiscate it, does that mean they thwarted my terrorist plot to capture the plane with my SOG Flash? That's all I was saying.

Exactly. My wife, who holds a Texas CCW permit, carries a concealed handgun, has taken it onboard commercial flights TWICE accidentally in her carry-on, and neither time did it get found. That alone shows the lunacy of the idea of the TSA being so "secure" in their practices. I personally have carried a ring of keys (completely taboo), and a 3" pocket knife into a California state prison accidentally, and again they did not set off any metal detector or get seen. My wife had no intentions of hijacking the planes, nor did I intend to bust out any prisoners.

So yeah; sure... Many "weapons" seized... But how many acts thwarted? Probably ZERO.

I watched it again and still didn't find it to be offensive. The only thing offensive was the title of the video because it exploits the public's fear of pedophilia. It manipulated you into thinking a pat down was sexually improper. I felt bad for the little girl and thought that search was a waste of time, but to imply that was some kind of sexual assult, groping, or fondling is ridiculous.

Trust me, if you've been groped before... you would know that pat down was just a pat down.
