Six year old girl groped by TSA (video)

haha dumbshit

This IS about the 4th amendment, and this IS about the right for me to not be searched. The basic premise that there is even a terrorist threat is a lie to begin with. Terrorism has been manufactured by the people who want to justify occupation in the middle east. You cant occupy a region without an enemy. In this case, the enemy are muslims. It is very similar to our involvement in Vietnam where Communism was used as an enemy. "Fear" is a tactic used to control the masses. The war in Iraq and Afghanistan is a BIG FAT FUCKING LIE. It all has to do with oil currencies, that being the 'petro dollar'

Henry Kissinger represented the IMF and went to the oil producing nations and offered them a deal to help them with modern technology to extract their oil more efficiently. In exchange, they had to only sell their oil to the US dollar. What this did was allowed the U.S. to dominate the sale of oil. So non-oil producing developed nations NOW had to sell their goods and services to the U.S. to acquire those precious dollars in order to purchase their oil. It is a scam, and if you dont believe it, look up "petro dollar" and read about it yourself!

These so called terrorist threats are a hoax. And THATS why this little girl should not have been searched, or anybody else, should be subjected to this form of abuse. For those of you who want to justify this kind of behavior, maybe you should read the Constitution and learn what freedom and liberty is all about.

Amen

right...its about oil {insert sarcasm here}
someone else in the thread nailed it (75th I believe) TSA=jobs
war=jobs
terrorism=jobs

I was searched in 08' in ACUs with military orders in hand as was a battle buddy...did I think it was ludicrous?? sure, but anyone can buy acu's get some patches, throw on a beret and print of some "orders" they hardly look official for commercial flight travel..how a soldier presents themselves is a little more difficult..
and anyone who thinks there arent radical extremists in the US is naive and clearly hasn't spent enough time even reading EF for fucks sake

but, the bottom line is, you have no "right" to fly...or even drive..or own a car period
why not claim your civil rights are violated if a state requires a breathalizer to be installed on your car before it can be started ??? I mean, its your car/your property, your person is effectively being searched/tested..why don't we bitch about seatbelt/helmet laws too while we're at it. How bout metal detectors in schools??
searching a kid makes for a good imflammatory video...as a parent, I'd have my kid walk through the scanner to save them the hands on search if possible but that doesn't make for very good youtube videos...does it

but then...I mentioned africa should be more closely watched than north korea a year ago but who listens to me anyway. I clearly don't know shit.

continue to flame each other with petty bullshit and walk away not seeing anyone elses point...as usual

The TSA makes rules and regulations required to fly on a plane. You don't have the RIGHT to fly. If you don't like the rules, don't fly. Take a car, take a boat - those are your options.

Your rights have not been violated.

I am so sick of hearing people complain about this. Your ancestors had to travel for weeks to get to other parts of the world. It cost a fortune and only the very rich did it. Now, you can go to Asia or Europe in 1 day and for less than 1 weeks salary yet you sit her and bitch about your rights being violated.

Give me a break. Perfect expample how people take for granted modern conveiniences and really need to appreciate what you have and STFU.

Oh man, I couldn't agree more.

I am curious, please explain how somebody is able to be automatically stripped of our rights given to us by the founding fathers in our own country? Keep in mind I am not advocating the TSA not have metal detectors etc. What I am referring to is the "search". Closely watch where the hands go on this girl.

The reason you can have a breathalyzer machine installed on your car is because the constitution does not forbade this. There is no such amendment. That us not even a weak argument at best.

If for example Delta airlines wanted to set up their own security detail out front of their gates then that would be fine. What is wrong about the TSA search is the fact that they are paid for by our tax dollars. It is run by and is a government entity.

Please also let me know where in the constitution it states that by purchasing anything we give up our rights? ANYTHING? We are all innocent until proven guilty. Buying a plane ticket does not make me or you or anyone guilty until proven innocent yet that is how the TSA handles themselves.

For those of you who don't know here it is.

The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.

Your argument dies right there. Nobody's rights are being stripped, infringed upon, or rescinded.

In case you didnt notice it the handful of times it was posted in this thread, your argument is rendered invalid with this:

Such a warrantless search, also known as an administrative search, is valid under the Fourth Amendment if it is "no more intrusive or intensive than necessary, in light of current technology, to detect weapons or explosives, " confined in good faith to that purpose," and passengers may avoid the search by electing not to fly. [See United States v. Davis, 482 F.2d 893, 908 (9th Cir. 1973)].

/thread

I'm sorry but this is what I disagree with. This was in 1973 and just I believe last year us when the TSA stepped up the anti with personal searches like the one in this video to start the thread. The quote is "no more intrusive or intense, than necessary in light of current technology, to detect weapons or explosives." so where can we draw the line of too intense or too intrusive? Does the video not explain this in full view? It's my point of view that it is. I'll side with the constitution and what it has to say over a court case that rules vaguely at best.

lol @ vaguely.

The ruling even says that by choosing to fly, you agree to endure whatever search is deemed necessary at that point. Dont like it? Dont fly.
