i have this already for years and years. No, no operation because then i can forget training for a week or 6, maybe more.
I do no longer squat, just leg press. And believe this or not, i could only do leg presses with 120 kg (264 lbs). The Ox didn't give me extra strength in the arms, strength was even better with 600 mgr Primo/week. I still think the PGF2a has something to do with this. Now thanks to the Ox, i can do leg presses with 240 kg (528 lbs). I agree still not much, but it is going up and with NO pain. So my abs must also be getting stronger.
Hopefully it turns out right for you. Do not accept an operation right away. Try to train around the injury. Try to get rid of it. And if this doesn' t help, you can always have the operation, when not on a cycle.
