Shoulders and Arms going numb

Thanks for the info.. I will look into it..I figured it had something to do with my nerves being pinched but I didn't really know.. Some people scared the shit out of me..telling me I was about to have a heart attack..

same shit, i got an ekg one day just cause people i lift with got me shook + im nuts already. it turned out its a compressed disk/pinched nerve. whats good with tingly hands and fingers

So every yr when I really start training hard my shoulders and arms go numb when I sleep or set a certain way for to long. This doesn't happen to me unless I'm hitting the gym really hard.. anyone else experiance this... should I go to the doc and have it check out? Just thought I would post this to see if anyone else has had this experiance.. I'm also on.

Its definately a pinched nerve. I have the same thing going on from a ruptured disc in my neck. Its prolly high to in the neck area.
