Shoulder pain...what to do?

Took last shot of deca 6 weeks ago and last anadrol a little over a week ago. On only tribulus and letrozole now (clomid should be here anyday).....anyway, im having bad pain in my rear delt area when i bench. Every time i lower the bar i feel pain back there and some pain/pinching in my front delt too. My flat bench dropped a rep or two today, decline was harder than normal.......this HAD to happen when i finish a cycle!

Anyway, what do you all recomend for pain like this, any good topicals with DMSO or something? I will take a week off, but i want to wait a few more weeks and get bloodwork and make sure im back to normal test levels so i dont shrink up too bad.....
What do yall use for joint pain?

coming off of totally fucking both of my rotator cuffs several years ago., first the gear itself seems to kinda lube my joints, other than that, flax oil, jello(sugar free, and it take about 2 weeks), and i've heard glucosamine(sp?) works well

1. Go see doctor. It will tell you what kind of problem you have
2. Listen to medical advice
3. Rest. If you're shoulder get's worse it may get to the point where even surgery can't help.

I'm speaking from experience bro. My shoulder was so bad a yr ago that it would almost bring me to tears. I went from repping 315 (bench) like candy to not even being able move an empty bar without outrageous pain.

I listened to a few doctors, got some physio and took about 4 months off from the gym. I dropped from 240 down to 200 in that time. It was hard to swallow, but my shoulder now is better than ever. I'm back up to 235 and climbing. The only exercise I'm careful with is flat bench as for some reason it's the only one that still bothers me a little.

It'll just take time bro, trust me. Remember; you can't go buy a new shoulder so take care of it.

SAME glucaosamine, do dumbell bench with palms facing and a shitload of rotator cuff work u may have a weakness in ur back and rear delts if ur rear delts are strong and ur back is too, theoretically u are suppose to be able to "pull" as much as u can push bro go to T-NATION.COM and check the archives they have done numerous injury and shoulder rehab articles

i just had the exact same problem bro. i had to take it easy and let my shoulder rest for about 2 weeks. any time that i tried incline or bench i was in serious pain. using light weight dumbells and flys helped now im back in the swing of things, after about 3 weeks rest.

I always do extra rear delt work (front gets soooo much on other exercises) and my back is my strongest bodypart (next to tris). My chest is weak cuz ive never been able to do barbell for more than 2 months cuz my shoulder would bother me. Ive been on barbell about 4 months now and dont want the same shit to happen again.
I will take a week off when i recover from the cycle and will try the above supps and check the rehab site....
thanx bros!

not a pill for everything. you gotta let it rest. (wont be long before some supplement guy chimes in shilling some magic cure). let it heal.

glucosamine is the next best thing to snake oil for your shoulder injury. about as effective as echincea (or zinc!) to treat the common cold.
