Shoulder messed up from arm wrestling

If youre looking to get ripped for spring break you better add some winny and var

I was arm wrestling a few days after new years at a party, I worked out the next day and the first set of bench my shoulder was hurting where it meets the bicep. It has been 5 weeks since I last tried to lift and there is still pain and occasional popping in my right shoulder. Every 2 weeks or so I do a couple sets of pullups 15-20 per set and I did that yesterday no pain today but if I swing hard as if I were going to punch somone it hurts. I was wondering if somone could tell me what this may be, if I tore or pulled a tendon would I have been able to do 20 pullups, is it the rotator cuff? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Not sure what it is but same thing happens to me when I arm wrestler puts me out of bench and some other exercises for a month or more .. I'm only 21 though

It might just be tendon pain. Arm wrestling is very painful and i still get really sore after every table practice even after years. Might be just tendon pain. Might be injury. Tendona take at least a few weeks to heal. Unfortunately the only way to get better at arm wrestling is putting ur tendons througb excrutiating pain and when they heal they get stiffer and u geg stronger.

By far the most painful strength sport ive ever done. It takes a long time to get used to the pain thats why most bodybuildes come to a single practice or stick around for 2-3 weeks then quit. It hurts too much.
