shoulder injury healing,strengthening????

Bro's I hurt the rotator cuff got some cortizone and a six week break from upper body! DAMN IT!! MY question is is there any other AS that will help repair tendons, ligaments and strengthen them other than gh? That stuff is just so expensive although i would love to do it i just cant afford it! Please help.

Ya I herd that 2 about decca..I busted my cuff also and had sergery. The trick is to do your cuff work out very clean and percise to provide stability. It took me about 4 months to get my shoulders close to = strength...and with out any juice or AS pre c's
 
I also have shoulder pain and I had someone tell me to stop doing any behind the neck work. Your shoulder isn't meant to bend that way. Has helped alot but I still have the pain. Mines in the front. Don't know what else to do.
 
Ya that reallllllll bad for ya...to much stess...try a machine press...and keep a limited motion...only go to a little more then 90..you wanna build up the torn muscle...and seek a massage therapist to remove the scar tissue

I have a similar problem. Bruised/torn rotator cuff. Maybe some ligaments also. Do you think I can talk my doctor into giving me some Deca?
 
best thing for you to do bro is strengthening excercises at the end of your workouts. Elastic weights work best, do them 15 minutes at 3x per week... You will strengthen the smaller muscles around your rotator cuff and take stress off that area until it heals properly..
AS can create the illusion that you are healing but IMO you are setting yourself up for a huge shoulder injury. If you blow that cuff out, you reward yourself with 6 months of legs and cardio..

Good luck but don't push too hard right now.
 
I do my rotator cuffs exercises beforehand makes everything feel better during. I tried it before and after before won hands done. Since you do high reps with lower weight I didn't notice any strength loss in my other core exercises.
