There are more variables at work here than can be deciphered from your diet alone.

What you need is an Endocrinologist and an up-to-date blood panel. It's the only true way to find out what's up with your body.

Thyrid hormone is shit! I would clean up the diett and use clenbuterol, not as effective. But, you avoid the risk of having to use T3 to keep the fat away for the rest of your life...

Im not big on eating 5 or 6 meals a day.
That sounds kinda carb-ish. Just a wild guess, but I'd trade at least either breakfast or lunch (my vote would be lunch) for a higher-protien, lower-fat/lower-carb meal.
 
i do eat a ponderosa buffet once a week. Hit training makes you grow no matter what. Ive been a mentzer man for almost ten years
 
What is the longest period of time you think someone can stay safely on a low dose of T3?
Low dose = 25mcg
