should bruce do tren.

should i run some tren ace at the end of my prop cycle here. ive never used it.

dude i told you i am not a diet stickler. i try my damn hardest to eat 2lbs of meat. i can't say it any clearer. i eat whatever i want, pizza burgers you fucking name it. donuts shit i could go on. its not cheating to me, i don't look at it like that. perhaps one day i will. now its cook a lb of chicken fish and steak early in the day. my new fav is orange roughy, but i have to eat chicken earlier and work up to steak and fish. i wake up eat enough so i'm not hungry, some oats eggs whatever i feel like. i eat a turkey sandwich sometimes a chicken sandwich. once i get home around 5:30 i start putting down the meat. right now it comes out to about 1lb of tilapia or roughy and a .5lb filet and then .5 of stir fried chicken. i can eat a lot of fish and not feel full.
 
I understsnd once u hit two lbs of meat u hit your goal....if u want a dozen donuts fine as long as 2lbs are down....flank n roughy r my stples cinnsmon toast is my neww fav carb ww bread splendas mmmmmm......

we have the same split shoot me over tomorrws chest routine pm me.........also u still sippn on gatorade
 
Hey Bruce do you get cramps from using Tren? One of my partners is on Tren and he has been experiencing alot of cramps lately.
 
yes i get cramps from var the worst, win pretty bad, it even will back me up if i don't get in enough water. tren gives kidney pain a bit i take taurine and down 2 gallons of water.

jk yes i sip on gatorade my whole workout so there is sugar going right to my muscles. the only thing i'm a stickler about aside from the meat is getting in sugars and carbs after a workout. dbbt posted a thing a while ago, that said showed how you can waste a whole workout without a post workout meal. i am not gonna bust ass for nothing. i no longer do shakes so i'm not using gatorade powder as dex.
 
so sip the gatorade and then have a meal? That what you do? I always thought u didn't want any cals during your workout so muscles could focus on soaking up the blood.......

Also, was thinking, does thiis help with the cramping? Electrolytes?

yea man, when i cramp i chug water and gatorade highly iced. makes me feel instant relief that is me. i sip gatorade and water while i lift. man i don't get all technical i keep telling you. i find that with the gatorade i don't start getting an appetite while lifting, that tends to happen and i hate pumpin out 10 sets of back or whatever starving for my meal. fuck man i have a granola bar with me in case my stomach growls. i try not to go catabolic put it that way. quit getting so techinical and just make the progress. assess changes after you make them

bro why don't you get it....your making things way too complicated....it almost seems like you don't want to actually starting growing because your afraid of getting fat.... train 4 days a week....a few days of light cardio if it makes you feel better....train heavy....and eat a good sized meal till your full every 2-3 hours.....WTF else is there to it man....you not trying to grow from 250-275lbs.....your only trying to get to 200....god damn bro i don't mean to pick on you but don't prove the theory right that bodybuilders are dumb....
 
i dont understand why you'd try and replicate what works for someone elses body..
