should bruce do tren.

should i run some tren ace at the end of my prop cycle here. ive never used it.

well damn bruce. im in week 11 of test prop/npp/winstrol and i blow up just off little things. it may not be a good idea if i run that tren for the remainder of this cycle. and also, your making me jealous cuz my tren is yet to come in.

I Love Tren. I am on Omnadrens at 500mg/week and TBOL at 60mg/day right now..About to drop the TBOL and add Tren at 100mg EOD. Cannot wait..

Ok glad to hear. I know with me the first sign that lets me know its time to get off. Is when I notice that things that I used to enjoy seem rather dull and boring.

I have a short fuse as is, so it will be interesting for the 2 months im on to say the least hehe. Im gonna have to warn my wife before hand not to push any of my buttons while im runnin it, lol :p
 
yea i can keep my cool with my girl, but other people that act too stupid i'll get up in their face if they push me, however, i am street smart and i won't get myself shot either. it does make you edgy and feel invincible be careful

orange roughy is the shit baked. this morning 6 egg yokes one white, then chicken breast toast, fries. raspberry banana protein shake, then 1lb of orange roughy was easier to eat than .5lb of steak, then i ate .5lb of steak an hour ago. also english muffin with peanut butter. tren makes me so hungry i get shakey if i dont eat. the thing about Cutler eating 30 lbs of roughy a week, i don't blame him its unreal. tilapia, roughy, ahi tuna, and black cod are my favorite. lots of protein, no bloated sick feeling after eating a shit load
 
and for tren update, i am now doing 75mg eod instead of ed, the eod does not effect me at all, and its easier for me to do it that way, may spots were getting sore with ed. great back workout today. will certainly be putting up pics sometime in april.

hell no man, i started this 5 weeks ago. i'll take the proper amount of time off. the second cycle is looking more like may or june probably, cause i am gonna stay on for 4 more weeks, so i'll take off 9 and go back on after i do bloodwork and bp goes down to 120/80, that is the most intense side i always see, my bp will go up and i always wait for it to go back on. last year i did a cycle in november, december, and ended in jan. i did not go back on till late april. that is the first year i ran more than one cycle. before that i had run winny and deca one time and tbol alone for 25 days to test the waters. so i have run about 5 real cycles now, i only count 3 since i didn't know how to do pct or eat right for my first two.


i know egg yolks are more fattening and worse for you, but i like them a lot i hate the whites. i can destroy yokes and i know its got protein. i don't have a problem with fat or cholesterol luckily. i would never reccomend my diet to anyone but an ecto a super ecto

thanks big D. but its just a taste thing, i love egg yolks and my girl and my dogs love the whites scrambled so it works out well. its a lot of cals and protein and fat in a egg yolk, like i said i just count the meat i eat. i actually do not model at all anymore, my agent was lost to cancer without telling me or my gf or anyone i knew there. she quit coming to work, i knew something was up in august when she wasn't there for our biggest chicago fashion promotion. then they said she'd not be taking messages, and next thing she was gone. i am now into the realty business doing very well and i'm very happy. i guess it seems like i'm always on cause i don't really come on ef if i'm not juicing. at least not as much. but i was on eq and npp last year april till about sept this of 06. i went clean until 5 weeks ago. i certainly took time off. i hope everyone knows i practice time on = blood work than time off. peace to all thanks for the concern

lookin good big b.......i thought you were lower in bodfat decent abs but I thought u were diced like under 7 I know that's not your goal n u could if u wanted........tren does amazing things even when slamming the cals u ever get really dirty? pizza cslzones pie etc? what's your training style like?

I've run 300 test for swile but that's merely hrt. bruce once I put on 20 lbd natty will u help me put 2 good omes together? ill have test tbol eq npp and a nice tren blend. prop tren n masteron blend. gonna train my ass off no cardio n eat heavilyl gotta be 200lbs by end of summerl lil help?

dude that tests at 7-10 on a bod pod, actually low as 6.5. my bleeks were just poppin out after i pumped so i took a pic. you can't pinch a thing, my bleeks just pop out far, i have a 29 inch waist and then my bleek pop out above that. my goal is always to stay low bf but ive had less than 5 abs showing so i just dont' worry about that

yes for sure. dude i train hard pretty standar, i hit chest real hard but it rarely gets much bigger. i don't even train back as hard as you'd think and it will inflate no problem. i do 4-5 days a week, one body part at a time. i don't squat as ive fucked up my back a lot in the past. i have a very small frame and i get too strong for my size sometimes and i can wake up the next day dying. i like to do higher reps and really burn out body parts. i mean i can pm you my workout if you like. my arm workout is straight from app with a few tweaks i made. chest as well, but i switch chest up a lot. back is something i got from mackey shilstone that he used for roy jones to go from 174 to 205 and spinks and bernard from 160 to 180 to whoop tarver. i must say i don't go do much for legs but i go hard, leg press, extensions, curls and calf raises. sometimes i'll do low weight high reps on a machine for squatting, call me a bitch, but rarely my back can't take that or military presses at high weights.

im in the same boat here bro. I have 2 sets of fused verts in my back which puts an EXTREME amount of pressure on the 1 disk that separates them. Its almost constantly bulging. Ive slipped it at least a dozen times.

So no squats or military press for me, period. I will NEVER get under a bar again.

The last time I slipped it was about July or so of last year. I was doing shrugs with 405, and I kinda got a lil reckless with it and bouncing it a lil at the bottom of the rep. Well I guess I bounced a lil too much and *POP*. That feeling fuckin sucks! Just knowing that you can kinda move now, but in about an hour your going to be completely immobilized for at least a couple days, and spend the next 2 weeks recovering and not working out at all.

Shit just talkin bout this shit gives me the chills. I hate my back probs. My back is basically the main key factor in why I dont sleep for shit, and is why I smoke weed at night. :jenscat
 
i puff pass a lot too. but i really can't get back into a situation where i need painkillers again. ive let them ruin me before. i would train thru the pain and it was very bad for me. i got addicted to the feeling of lifting then chewin up some vikes. luckily i was able to stop. i was on them because of gall bladder surgery, i wasn't supposed to lift and it happened mid cycle. i had to take a break off the gym for 4 weeks after, and i went balls to the wall when i was allowed back in, but pk's were my vice. anyway, i had an mri and i have discs bulging and one touching my damn spine, the doc can't believe i am not crippled during the day. its strange that my strongest body part hurts the most.

dude i told you i am not a diet stickler. i try my damn hardest to eat 2lbs of meat. i can't say it any clearer. i eat whatever i want, pizza burgers you fucking name it. donuts shit i could go on. its not cheating to me, i don't look at it like that. perhaps one day i will. now its cook a lb of chicken fish and steak early in the day. my new fav is orange roughy, but i have to eat chicken earlier and work up to steak and fish. i wake up eat enough so i'm not hungry, some oats eggs whatever i feel like. i eat a turkey sandwich sometimes a chicken sandwich. once i get home around 5:30 i start putting down the meat. right now it comes out to about 1lb of tilapia or roughy and a .5lb filet and then .5 of stir fried chicken. i can eat a lot of fish and not feel full.
 
I understsnd once u hit two lbs of meat u hit your goal....if u want a dozen donuts fine as long as 2lbs are down....flank n roughy r my stples cinnsmon toast is my neww fav carb ww bread splendas mmmmmm......

we have the same split shoot me over tomorrws chest routine pm me.........also u still sippn on gatorade
 
Hey Bruce do you get cramps from using Tren? One of my partners is on Tren and he has been experiencing alot of cramps lately.
 
yes i get cramps from var the worst, win pretty bad, it even will back me up if i don't get in enough water. tren gives kidney pain a bit i take taurine and down 2 gallons of water.

jk yes i sip on gatorade my whole workout so there is sugar going right to my muscles. the only thing i'm a stickler about aside from the meat is getting in sugars and carbs after a workout. dbbt posted a thing a while ago, that said showed how you can waste a whole workout without a post workout meal. i am not gonna bust ass for nothing. i no longer do shakes so i'm not using gatorade powder as dex.
 
so sip the gatorade and then have a meal? That what you do? I always thought u didn't want any cals during your workout so muscles could focus on soaking up the blood.......

Also, was thinking, does thiis help with the cramping? Electrolytes?

yea man, when i cramp i chug water and gatorade highly iced. makes me feel instant relief that is me. i sip gatorade and water while i lift. man i don't get all technical i keep telling you. i find that with the gatorade i don't start getting an appetite while lifting, that tends to happen and i hate pumpin out 10 sets of back or whatever starving for my meal. fuck man i have a granola bar with me in case my stomach growls. i try not to go catabolic put it that way. quit getting so techinical and just make the progress. assess changes after you make them

bruce.... that 2lbs of meat a day is write... i eat two 1lb steaks a day... salad... protein shakes are always in there... i probably shouldnt be eatings steak every day... and will probably switch it up to some chicken and fish.. fish really only on friday though, when i eat out or if i catch some fish. I'm about to get on that blend bro, i can't tell you how excited i am, but Im leaning up pretty good right now, can't wait until I get that tren, I'm going to take some before and after pics... sides still good with you? whats the worst side you've experienced? I've already know I'll get insomnia, I did off var and thats nothing to tren. Only for a few days though until I adjust. Acne I dont ever get(knock on wood) and var is the only thing that made my hair come out a little bit. I'll run this 4 weeks and it shouldn't be that bad on my lines up top.

Nah.....I'm done 3500 cals should do me justice.......I just need to learn to eat more MEAT...sick of tuna and chicken......flank in one meal, but need some more ground beef, steaks.......salmon......

What would you gus reccmoend for a good ass cycle incorp tren or not......down the road of course.....maybe next year........if you had

test, deca, and optinal dbol and sure as hell WAY more than 3500 calories thats for sure.........do you want to cut or bulk.........there no in between unless you have 3-4 years to wait for results. 5-6k bulk and 2-3 k calories for cutting......end of story
 
not every diet works on everyone.. i'm finally gaining weight, by adding more steak/shakes to my diet...now 206lbs from 200lbs 4 wks ago.

im only 165 for a bulk.....how would u run it??
 
i switched over to 75mg eod and there is no difference. i have not had sides, no insomnia just crazy dreams that are no biggie. no night sweats even. just frequent pissing and some kidney pain but water fixed that. i like it a lot but i know anything this strong must be respected. i'm mad busy so i think i am gonna come off in a few days and take time off making this a quick 6 weeker to test out tren. i'll use it for sure in my next cycle and i'll let you guys know about bloodwork. my bp has elevated to 127/86 from 120/80 so i'm not concerned on that note. we will see about cholesterol and what not

Yea bro if you read the posts. I take one short cycle this year and one long one. I ran two last year with time on and time off always. If i stayed on year round i'd be a monster above two twenty at this body fat. One six or 8 week banger and one 16 or less cycle so i'm on about 6 months total and off six

Haven't you been reading his posts.. he can eat whatever he wants and do whatever he wants and stay below 10%. That right there is not explainable, its genetics.

i wish i was that way. I got a fat kids metabolism but im not fat because i have been taking Aderall all my life.
 
BM - i like tren better, honestly i have just come to the conclusion i can't take test it makes me sick. tren did not give me sides, i am running it for sure next run.

JK - i don't understand how you can be reading these threads being a cpa and not seeing the fact that i do NOT FUCKING DO CARDIO MAN. i never have never will until i need to. as dan said its all genetics. get this straight, if i stop lifting tomorrow. no cardio cause i just DON'T DO IT; and i only eat mcd's pizza and donuts 5000cals a day. i will lose weight get more lean and just lose mass in shoulders and chest. i will be just as low bf. never have gone above singles. i don't do cardio i will not be doing cardio after aas, i don't do aas to escape cardio. my father had abs at the age of 57, he just lost them, and he has never touched juice in his life. its genetics, do what works for you. i can't handle the same question anymore

i feel the same way when i read this thread everyday.. now that bruce said all that.. you can't really take it for what it is when you come to comparing with yourself... chances are with bruce if he doesn't get insomnia, you will, if he doesnt get sides from tren you will, if he doesn't have to do cardio and stays below double dig body fat, you wont be able to, how he cuts up so nicely, is 3x harder for you.

I have a friend who is the same exact way and plays ball for another DI program. This kid is supercut up and has been like that all his life, he doesn't eat 100% clean all the time, loves fast food, candy, whatever .. he's just a freak at WR. If you ever seen some of them athletes down in florida, these guys are sick and you can see every little fiber in there body. Its all about genetics man.

Training 4 days a week....you don't lift that heavy right bro? Just concntrate more on form? Do you really use the ball in your chest rotuine?
 
On a serious note and yes I ran through the thread in its entirety...would you say tren has both properties? On a low cal cutting diet, it'll shred you....on a bulker it would keep you lean and tight with high clean cals?

my back is horrible, even though it looks great and is strongest on my body i have bulging discs and i do not do heavy bench. i like to use form yes and the ball for incline dumbells is something i do often. i sent you all three chest workouts i use, i told you that one is not the most common one i use, but i'm all about form and muscle failure, not high weight low reps, all that matters is you break the muscles down, how you do it just doesn't make a differenc in my opinion. thats not to say that you shouldn't be always adding weight if you can, but for example rather than pushing out 4 reps on bench killing my back, i'll do 10 - 8 - 8 - 6 - 6 rep sets bench or incline with perfect form, and i do this after flys and the blood is already pushed into the pecs. aap gave this advice and its the best ive gotten for chest. i love the first set of 6 and i can only do half of the weight i started on 10 with. when i can't even flex my chest i know i did it right. and its more like 5000cals sometimes bro. its not that big of a deal. if i eat less i lose weight. just believe that

bruce, is your EO prop/tren ace blend clear or yellow? My vial is "EO" but its yellow. So i dont know how that worked out.
 
all my gear varies bm, from light yellow to darker yellow. just depends on what oil was used and other factors. my eq 400 is always darker than the 200, my eo is yellow for sure, and then my primo which is made in grapeseed oil to lessen the pain is very dark. you are fine.

all that matters is that i am eating a pound of tilapia right now, i'm gonna eat .5lb filet beef, and i already cooked my chicken earlier so i'll just nuke it and put some barbeque on it. i am relaxed bro, i'm just sick of the diet i've laid it out a million times. if you want i can go eat a whole pound of del cecco pasta and a whole thing of wonder bread, it will just take a few hits of chron. i'm in no contest. i do want to help you but i'm not gonna start pulling out carbs we ate to see whose dick is bigger. just understand that i wanted this thread to be about tren, and continue to be about tren. i chimed in to your thread for weeks man giving you the same advice, and same answers to the same questions. people actually pm forward me things you right to me because they are so repetitive. just stop being so obsessed and hit the weights. if you get fat i'll help you get back to form. but thats not gonna happen man. just eat and lift. i'll be real nice and tell you if i was going to be picky about my carbs today, they would include the few in diet seven up, for some reason i like it better than regular cause it doesn't dehydrate me and it quenches thirst. the decent amount of sugars in gatorade. i would put wheat bread on my pbj instead of wonder. i'd also eat tortellinis instead of another pasta because its more cheese, meat and protein than carbs, compared to say spagetti which is not stuffed. but then again i always eat a donut some cookies and a shit load of cookie dough, late at night so it really wouldn't make a shit of difference.

today ive had 2 litres of gatorade. to triple grande lattes, i need the caffeine for work this week. two scrambled eggs with white toast buttered, and sausage patties, two of them. then i ate a huge 20oz parfait from the cafe in my building, they are the shit, at lunch turkey bacon and swiss on white toast. my shake with a banana rasperries milk, and 4 peanut butter cups at third break i take. oh yea i eat like 8 of those a day forgot. love em. i'm takin down the tilapia now and meat is whats on the menu till about 10 and i'll eat some more sweets and drink a bunch of gatorade before i hit the sack. makes me wake up feeling good.

How did you react to the Tren sides? I know you like gear with less sides since deca screwed up your libido. Personally I now believe Tren should be ran in all of my future cycles bulkers and cutters. Tren cough twice sucked the first was the worse night sweats kinda suck and the fact that it turned me into an instant asshole seems worth it to see the quick benefits you get from it. jmo!
 
well c bo. i had no sides from tren honestly aside from some kidney discomfort that was remedied with just gatorade and water increase. i pissed a lot while on, might have been the prostate, not sure. i did not like that. also my piss was weird colored even with 2 gallons of water. deca fucked up my libido with test enth, i will never understand why because i ran deca alone with win at 600mg ew and was fine. regardless i won't touch it, that might have been luck, it was real qv deca i know that. anyway never got the cough either. i did become a fuckiing asshole there is no doubt. i went on a rant on here even. so i hear that. but that can be controlled.

proviron has allowed me to dabble into npp and tren now, without dick problems. like i said i won't try deca again but i wager if i did with proviron and no test i'd be fine, the fact remains though i like npp and tren better so it doesnt matter. the only long esters i like are primo or eq. nothing else.

no gyno mendo (btw WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN BRO, need guys like you in these threads, i got puffy nips from deca back in the day. i used winny and nolva to solve it, though now people say use cabaser, which does nothing at all for tren or deca gyno, i know this from experience. a good friend of mine used letro very successfully at getting rid of his tren gyno so that would be the route i would go if it occured. mendo i recc doing 37.5mg ed and seeing how you feel, then going to eod 75mg if its all good. i had no problems. for sure add the proviron. next run is
1 gram primo 16 weeks
25mg naps 1-4
50mg proviron ed throughout
tren ace 75mg eod somewhere, actually wanted your input on it mendo, when would you throw it in.

i truly am done with test for good, it just makes me sick, really sucks cause i like it when i am not sick on it. but its ruined workout days and shit with that last run so i am just done with it. i can run tren, eq, primo, and npp with just proviron. i am not longer a huge fan of tbols which you got me into mendo just because it fucked up my cholesterol pretty bad and skyrocketed my bp. if you didn't read the thread my fav thing about this tren was that the highest the bp ever went to was 133/88 which is not bad, i went to 160/110 on the tbols. ive been off like a week now and bp was back to 117/78 yesterday. its great i get therapy for my back and they do my bp everytime. perfect way to stay under the radar. holler at me mendo.

Now when you take test you get Flu like Symptoms right?
Does your body get used to it after you keep injecting it?

Because Recently I took a 300mg shot of Eq Boldemix and I got flu like symsptoms a few hours later. I am wondering if my body will just get used to it or if I should just stop taking it.....
