all that matters is that i am eating a pound of tilapia right now, i'm gonna eat .5lb filet beef, and i already cooked my chicken earlier so i'll just nuke it and put some barbeque on it. i am relaxed bro, i'm just sick of the diet i've laid it out a million times. if you want i can go eat a whole pound of del cecco pasta and a whole thing of wonder bread, it will just take a few hits of chron. i'm in no contest. i do want to help you but i'm not gonna start pulling out carbs we ate to see whose dick is bigger. just understand that i wanted this thread to be about tren, and continue to be about tren. i chimed in to your thread for weeks man giving you the same advice, and same answers to the same questions. people actually pm forward me things you right to me because they are so repetitive. just stop being so obsessed and hit the weights. if you get fat i'll help you get back to form. but thats not gonna happen man. just eat and lift. i'll be real nice and tell you if i was going to be picky about my carbs today, they would include the few in diet seven up, for some reason i like it better than regular cause it doesn't dehydrate me and it quenches thirst. the decent amount of sugars in gatorade. i would put wheat bread on my pbj instead of wonder. i'd also eat tortellinis instead of another pasta because its more cheese, meat and protein than carbs, compared to say spagetti which is not stuffed. but then again i always eat a donut some cookies and a shit load of cookie dough, late at night so it really wouldn't make a shit of difference.
today ive had 2 litres of gatorade. to triple grande lattes, i need the caffeine for work this week. two scrambled eggs with white toast buttered, and sausage patties, two of them. then i ate a huge 20oz parfait from the cafe in my building, they are the shit, at lunch turkey bacon and swiss on white toast. my shake with a banana rasperries milk, and 4 peanut butter cups at third break i take. oh yea i eat like 8 of those a day forgot. love em. i'm takin down the tilapia now and meat is whats on the menu till about 10 and i'll eat some more sweets and drink a bunch of gatorade before i hit the sack. makes me wake up feeling good.
