should bruce do tren.

should i run some tren ace at the end of my prop cycle here. ive never used it.

orange roughy is the shit baked. this morning 6 egg yokes one white, then chicken breast toast, fries. raspberry banana protein shake, then 1lb of orange roughy was easier to eat than .5lb of steak, then i ate .5lb of steak an hour ago. also english muffin with peanut butter. tren makes me so hungry i get shakey if i dont eat. the thing about Cutler eating 30 lbs of roughy a week, i don't blame him its unreal. tilapia, roughy, ahi tuna, and black cod are my favorite. lots of protein, no bloated sick feeling after eating a shit load

Thants interesting Bruce, ost guys eat the egg whites and throw away the yolks, you do it the other way. Wazzup with that?
 
yeah cause yolks have cholesterol or something in them, bad cholesterol? something like that... bruce is on something everytime I talk to him so it wouldn't suprise me, dudes a male model.. but with a physique like that and the right connects.. I would be too I guess

hell no man, i started this 5 weeks ago. i'll take the proper amount of time off. the second cycle is looking more like may or june probably, cause i am gonna stay on for 4 more weeks, so i'll take off 9 and go back on after i do bloodwork and bp goes down to 120/80, that is the most intense side i always see, my bp will go up and i always wait for it to go back on. last year i did a cycle in november, december, and ended in jan. i did not go back on till late april. that is the first year i ran more than one cycle. before that i had run winny and deca one time and tbol alone for 25 days to test the waters. so i have run about 5 real cycles now, i only count 3 since i didn't know how to do pct or eat right for my first two.


i know egg yolks are more fattening and worse for you, but i like them a lot i hate the whites. i can destroy yokes and i know its got protein. i don't have a problem with fat or cholesterol luckily. i would never reccomend my diet to anyone but an ecto a super ecto

thanks big D. but its just a taste thing, i love egg yolks and my girl and my dogs love the whites scrambled so it works out well. its a lot of cals and protein and fat in a egg yolk, like i said i just count the meat i eat. i actually do not model at all anymore, my agent was lost to cancer without telling me or my gf or anyone i knew there. she quit coming to work, i knew something was up in august when she wasn't there for our biggest chicago fashion promotion. then they said she'd not be taking messages, and next thing she was gone. i am now into the realty business doing very well and i'm very happy. i guess it seems like i'm always on cause i don't really come on ef if i'm not juicing. at least not as much. but i was on eq and npp last year april till about sept this of 06. i went clean until 5 weeks ago. i certainly took time off. i hope everyone knows i practice time on = blood work than time off. peace to all thanks for the concern

lookin good big b.......i thought you were lower in bodfat decent abs but I thought u were diced like under 7 I know that's not your goal n u could if u wanted........tren does amazing things even when slamming the cals u ever get really dirty? pizza cslzones pie etc? what's your training style like?
