update
orange roughy is the shit baked. this morning 6 egg yokes one white, then chicken breast toast, fries. raspberry banana protein shake, then 1lb of orange roughy was easier to eat than .5lb of steak, then i ate .5lb of steak an hour ago. also english muffin with peanut butter. tren makes me so hungry i get shakey if i dont eat. the thing about Cutler eating 30 lbs of roughy a week, i don't blame him its unreal. tilapia, roughy, ahi tuna, and black cod are my favorite. lots of protein, no bloated sick feeling after eating a shit load
