sculpting your chest

I have banned djeclipse for the day. Let's see if he's going to learn this time.

Here's why:

1- re-posting something a mod has deleted for a reason
2- disrespecting a mod
3- sending PMs to other mods flaming a mod
4- breaking more than one rule on here and causing unnecessary flaming even after he was told to take it to PM

Some people have a hard time accepting criticism.

Please think before you do something like this, or you'll be timed out too.

That guy has been a jerk to more then 100 members if not thousands. His name has come up hundreds of times in discussion about what we are going to do about the problem with him. We have gotten complaint after complaint after complaint about him. I have sent him pm after pm after pm asking him to please tone it down.. Stop being so Abrasive and condescending to the membership. So after hundreds of warnings. YA I called him out on it publicly. After hundreds of complaints and warning ya he will be taking some time off. Maybe even all the time off in the world.
 
I have chest training tommorow. As i am away from 5x5 for a while i am planning to do:

Incline Bench Press 4x6-8
Flat Bench Presses 3x8-10
Decline Bench Press 3x8-10
Flat Flies 2x8-10
Push ups - As many as i can


How do you think this program is? The previous week i did the same but instead of Incline Bench Press i did flat bench press and instead of flat presses i did incline presses.
 
Gave this one a shot Monday Needto....felt good. I'm taking a little time off my 5x5 because a low back flare up and some shoulder pain so I was looking for something. Chest is my lacking muscle group so I'll dig this for a while. Thanks for the info.
 
Update...hit a personal best on DB bench with this this week. Put up 100lb DBs for the final three sets. Felt good to hit the triple digit DBs finally!

Never really got the point. Peck deck dips work just as well and they don't give me a damn blood rush head Ache.

Other then that looks good.
