I'm trying to stay between 1400 - 1500 a day.

As long as I get carbs in ON leg day before training, I'm good. I'm just getting ready to go to the gym now and have had a few more carbs than usual. If I have them the day BEFORE, I found I just feel like a bloated pig! lol

Tuesday I ate an apple on the way to the gym and I had a GREAT workout. I'm thinking there might be something to that, so I'm going to scarf one down real quick before training today and see what happens.

Hey hun...Im so happy for you and your new baby!!!! I have 2 and I miss them very very much :worried:

NOw... It sucky that he's sick but he's got a good mommy so no worries. Was he an outdoor cat before he went to the shelter? That is something to keep in mind....and I hope all the shots are done so you wont have problems. Best of luck with the kitty :)
 
Thanks, Girls! He was a stray. He's standing in front of my monitor right now, so I can't see what I'm typing. OOHHHHH, he just jumped on the dog!!!! lol

He's socialized to dogs and he was neutered - so SOMEONE had him at one time. He was just taken into the shelter 03-09 and another cat had an upper respiratory infection. I filled out the paperwork one day and he sneezed once, the next day (Friday) he was sneezing and weezing nonstop. He gets 2 antibiotics a day and ear drops (just nasty gunk, not mites). He loves me after shoving pills down his throat and dumping liquid in his ears every morning!!! lol

He also has two loose teeth on the top in front. Those little bitty teeth. I just looked when I gave him his pill tonight and he's lost one. Vet said she'd like to pull them, so hopefully the other one just falls out too.

...anyway his name is Hank! ....and we're VERY happy to have him! :)
