Just worked out that way, I guess. I had some running to do yesterday afternoon and I missed a meal. :(

I'm trying to stay between 1400 - 1500 a day.

As long as I get carbs in ON leg day before training, I'm good. I'm just getting ready to go to the gym now and have had a few more carbs than usual. If I have them the day BEFORE, I found I just feel like a bloated pig! lol

Tuesday I ate an apple on the way to the gym and I had a GREAT workout. I'm thinking there might be something to that, so I'm going to scarf one down real quick before training today and see what happens.
