Got home about 5PM tonight. Ate at Pizza Hut before even went home (2nd meal of the day) had 2 awesme pieces of BBQ chicken pizza....nearly falling face first in my plate.....I'm SOOOOO exhausted!

I really wouldn't worry about eating unclean (you know what I mean) SG... Your body may thank you, so get it out of your system & just train & everything will be just fine... back to schedule when things calm down & throw in your weekly cheat meal...

You really have NOTHING to worry about if you want to cheat a little... :rose: Take CARE of you & yours .. that body of yours will recover :heart:

When I take B5, I use a diuretic. I hold water from B5 :rolleyes:
 
I made the best gains ever since going off ephedra products altogether. Kian mentioned something in one of his older posts on how anabolism is much harder when ephedrine is occupying your receptors. And the lack of insulin as well.

So far, I'm really not missing it much so that very well be what I'll do too. Nelms has been yelling at me for a long time to drop it.

Well, when I was reading about it at first, I didn't see much about bloat. BUT....after a week of "loading" B5 I started to see it. So I dug a little deeper and found that it CAN cause bloat. As of yesterday, I'm done with the B5.

I went off of it all last week and was looking pretty lean. Went back on at the beginning of this week and I'm bloated again........nope, not gonna' do it anymore.

All that time I thought I just couldn't live without it and then I hit a wall. I was tired of feeling hyped up all the time - usually that's when I go off and stay off for long periods of time - which would be NOW! lol

Gotcha... So curious why were you taking B5 anyway? I don't know anything about B5 loading.
