Went to the doc w/my daughter this AM. She had her 2nd (and final) ultrasound. Baby is SOOOO CUTE!!!!! They do 4D pics now along with the regular 2D pics. She's in the breach position right now playing with her feet and opening and closing her mouth. She's got my daughter's nose and face shape. I have a feeling she's going to look like us and NOT daddy! lol

Anyway.....just really excited! Can't wait until she gets here! :)

I noticed. :) Awesome progress! An inch an a half is very impressive. And to do it while staying so lean is even better. Upper thigh is up too. :)

Reese: My weight in January was.....hmmmmm.....I don't remember maybe 123-125 ish. Somewhere in that range. Last week I weighed in at 126.75. I freak out if my bf goes above 13% now. I was 11.1% about 2 months ago, but have since went from cutting to trying to gain some size after going to Jr. Nats and feeling "little" next to all those beautiful muscles walking around! lol

Flor: I usually had my ex do it for me, but I'm doing it myself at the moment. That was just a 3 pinch, I'll do a 5 pinch pretty soon. I'm holding some water right now for some reason........ :rolleyes:

OK, so I'm done sulking now since I got my pat on the back! lol Pathetic, huh?!?!?! :lmao:

Finally got a little rain. Nothing to really speak of though. Dern it all!
 
Scorp, I'm so sorry, girl. I noticed yesterday and my eyes bugged out :google: but I wasn't in the position to post at the time. 1.5 inches on the biceps for ANYBODY, male or female, is freaking impressive...so way to go!!! :D

I'm sorry I'm dillusional half the time any more... Your stats look very impressive I would take one of those to go!!! Great job :heart:
I know I would feel like a shrimp boat if I went to a competition right now. I at least had some "fake" size on me at the Arnold where I didn't feel like I looked so tiny. I'm already getting psyched for buling cycle number 2. Going to try and keep the body fat down and put as much muscle on these legs as I can.. Work on a few other things also.

Yeah I feel like a shrimp boat next to them... They all just give me props for doing teh diet and tell me they could never do it. I'm thinking yep.. that's why I'm doing it.... Gotta do something most people would never do... That's what always sets you apart. Noone is wever willing to sacrifice anything at the present to gain the rewards down the road. Always look far out and prepare your way on how to get there.

Going out of town this weekend so it's gonna' have to wait until next week. sowy! Mom's aware of my diet and does her best to accommodate - so I'm good to go! Although I do sit around with a jar of nuts all weekend when I'm there! lol......I guess it could be worse, huh? :) I'll have my Sesa and Glucorell handy no worries!
