8:00 a.m.
-1/3 cup oats
-4 egg whites
-1 tsp apple pie spice
11:45 a.m.
-5 oz "orange" baked chicken
-1 1/2 cups mixed veggies (green beans, broc, peppers, water chestnuts, baby corns)
