Here is a pic pre knee blow out, just below 10% BF I know not a big deal but for a 42 YO I thought it was pretty decent...
Then I blew out my knee and gained almost 18lbs since the surgery, 3 months ago.

That is scented bubble bath stuff for my GF, from Victoria Secretes. I think the red one is strawberry and the other is peach mango...
