Damn! I knew i was forgetting something i did streching, everything but the runners strectch for hip flexors. Going to stretch out real good these 2 days off.

May hit up a deep tissue too :)

I haven't fitday'd in a LONG time. I'll have to find some time and make it a point to add some custom foods there and see what i'm getting in exactly for reference to tweak when needed.... good call bringing that up.

Just make a habit of stretching your hip flexors before and after every WO (once your flexibility improves you can stop doing them before upper-body workouts). It'll be especially helpful on squats since you won't get "pulled forward" as a result of excessive tightness.

nice work on the bodyweight consistently going up. we're the same height and youv'e almost got 20 lbs on me now.

Today's been a "good" eating day... been out trying to find a replacement car for my previous totaled vehicel most of teh day ... I hate used car salemen. I figured i'd have to try, never again.. Going to beat up some dealership guys instead thursday.

So i found something ... drove it to my "guy" (know a guy that owns a dealership) had his mechnics put it on a lift and go threw it... ridiculous, flood damage aparent, looks to have been rolled, carpet in the back has covered up wit baking soda nasty stains, some body panels have screws in them on the exterior, ect... Carfax didn't show it either it showd "commercial" ownership/title which seem to have been dealerships covering up stuff or something... / rant.

FF thank ya borly! CS, will do. Shadow, sure did. JK, imagine eating all day whatever you want for the most part (minus junk food and sweets, mainly hearty meals... meats, ect) and just keep doing that. Enigma, thanks bro I'm gettin' there.

Well you can hit the psoas and rectus by just adjusting your foot position.
If you keep the knee bent on the front leg and the lower leg straight you hit rectus, if you position the foot slightly to the side you can hit psoas.
I'm talking the stretch you do on one knee where you lean your upper body back and push that hip side forward.

No problemo I got your back (No pun intended) LOL ;) :rose:
