Front Squats: Barx10, 95x10, 115x8, 135x...*
*after the 115 set, my lower back was feeling it, layed down for a few.
over/over grip, chalk last set
Dead lifts: 135x5, 185x8, 225x5, 275x1,5*
*felt like a max lift, belted up got my chalk and went back and pulled the shit out of it for a full set. fuck you bitch. Sad, sad numbers... I'm down 100lbs... In 2 weeks, i'll try it again pull 315+ hopefully now that my body knows I'm deadlifting again. stoopid thing doesn't want to cooperate, lol.
Decline Crunches: BW+5 for 3 sets of 8, using a 10lb plate next time, yay!
*my back was killing me, took long ass laying down breaks throughout DL's and kept the belt on for the rest of the workout to take some pressure off my erectors, I need to order a new belt ASAP... doesn't fit anymroe like it did at 170lbs. I felt like Chris Farley in fat guy in a little weight belt trying to crank it over just to get in the last prong holes, LOL*

I always get the weirdest looks walking around, fuggin' mind ya business! ... though I think it's the cloud of chalk that was following me around the gym today that was annoying people

DB Shrugs: 100's for 10, 110's for 10, 115's for 15

Quality workout, I wasn't happy with DL's but I felt I ended it well.... 2 days off. Then back to benching.
I'm thinking about going in for cardio on the off days... but we'll see how that pans out
