Planks, yes... will be back to doing all that i need to do. Didn't have time last night, was going to do a long good one, but only had time to shove some brocolli, chicken down, clean up, and sleep.
Back is "ok" ... as expected from not doing a damn thing for 7 days. Will see chiro a few times for sure. And I have a gift cert. for deep tissue, will save that for when it's really needed in a month+ or so after i've been back in the groove for a bit.
MM broly... no doubt, you bring up your rows and I'll bring up my bench... deal?

Apparently I must have been all discombobulated from all the antics of the new people everywhere yesterday throwing me off my "zen like" zone... damn squat rack.
I'll get some squatting in today before I start hammering my back.

Side Note:
I feel like such a fat ass. I didn't until I was getting ready for the gym... because I was all out of gym mode and trying not to care much.
I won't worry about it for about 2 weeks after eating has been consistent and lifting/cardio back on track and whatnot...and take it from there.
