BTN Push Press: Barx8, 115x5, 135x5, 160x5
DB Decline Bench: 65's for 8, 75's for 8, 85's for 5
... wtf??? weird, my chest would not press anymore... It wasn't failure or exhaustion, it was very odd. I hit 85's for 8 last time, hard but i did it
*Fluff Section*
Front & Side Raise Complex: 25's x12, 20's x 10 or 12, lost count
DB Upright Row: 30's for 8, 35's for 8, 40's for 5
Seated:
Arnolds's: 30's for 5, 35's for 8
DB Military press: 40's for 5, 50's fo r5, 55's for 5
(not so fluff and should have done these exclusively instead I realized after, lol)
10 minutes treadmill
Ant. Delt Rev. Pec Deck on Swiss ball with nuetral grip
