i have left over smoked mozz in my fridge...not sure hwat i should do with it lol. shit was expensive too so i don't wanna just throw it out.

nice pr's sarge! keep doing them pull ups...you'll get better eventually

K it's your turn!!! I just went and had my back X-rays done and thought about you!
Took me not even 20 minutes, undressed, in gown, rayed, dressed, back out the door!

I bet it feels good to be setting PRs again.

Could you describe what your form looks like on those decline sit-ups? Are you arching your back a lot (i.e. essentially doing a wrestler's bridge to touch your upper back to the bench on the descent)?

Also, as an alternative to full decline sit-ups, give Needsize's exercise a try.

Yeah it does... I'm pretty sure they're PR's. I'm not positive... i did go back and find that i was only doing 120x8 on Lat pull downs before... i didn't find any previous T-bar rowing yet.

Form is tight. Abs tight... no, not arched and still pain.

Ok, i'll have to look them up :) Thanks.

(2nd Bench Day - lighter)
Close Grip Bench Press: Barx10, 120x8, 145x8, 175x8

BTN Push Press: Barx8, 115x5, 135x5, 160x5

DB Decline Bench: 65's for 8, 75's for 8, 85's for 5
... wtf??? weird, my chest would not press anymore... It wasn't failure or exhaustion, it was very odd. I hit 85's for 8 last time, hard but i did it :whatever:

*Fluff Section*

Front & Side Raise Complex: 25's x12, 20's x 10 or 12, lost count

DB Upright Row: 30's for 8, 35's for 8, 40's for 5

Seated:
Arnolds's: 30's for 5, 35's for 8
DB Military press: 40's for 5, 50's fo r5, 55's for 5
(not so fluff and should have done these exclusively instead I realized after, lol)

10 minutes treadmill

Ant. Delt Rev. Pec Deck on Swiss ball with nuetral grip :rolleyes: lol:
3 sets, LOL! oh man... don't ask, it was a good workout.
