Pillows under the knees, could even do 2 if you like.
No I haven't I'll check it out. I think it's an overall stretching and strengthening and a muscle imbalance corrective program, if I recall right I'll check it out when I get some time....
I think any 1 program in itself is not ideal for everyone. Everyone has their own bodily imbalances. I think if you go to your chiro, or masseuse and ask them which muscles are overly tight which ones are weak (They should be able to tell you no problem). Write those down and what you do is make sure to do extra stretching on the tight and strengtheing on the weaker ones. Like I told Shadow in his log. He is dealing with rhomboid issues. Well usually most people feel the pain in the weakest link. So for instance I told him to stretch his Pecs (overy tight) and then go and do high rows to strengthen the rhomboids (weakest link, and antagonist to the pecs). Your case with back issues you could do ab strengthening followed by your back stretching.
Make a list of your muscles, then identify which ones are there antagonists, and you have your own work-out plan to fix your personal imbalances without going to a whole bodily plan. This gives you more time to do the things you like to do in the gym, while simultaneoulsy fixing your own issues.
