I came down to my chest with my knees and let my knees go out even, so a bit past my chest... yeah hard to breathe in that position so I didn't say down there too long. Last set was hard, close to failure... feeling weak, could be attributed to food and/or deep tissue last night.
Step-ups: BWx10, +40x8, +60x8, +100x10

Farmers: 85's for 38ps, 95's for 30ps, 105's for 32ps, 115's for 32*
*first time I didn't drop the 115's when I turned around, just shrugged them up and re-gripped... my grip is getting stronger.
SLDL off Box*: 135x12, 185x8, 185x8**
*Box was (if I had to guess ~6 inches). The bar hit my instep if I rolled the bar back.
**over shot the weight big time, lol... hard as hell, could barely walk after... hammy's toast, back a lil' pumped... tight, no pain, feels worked... feels great.
Shrugs: 185x8, 225x8, 315x8, 405x3*, 135x10
*Exhausted, no more energy, weak.. I had to strap up for 225 too, grip was toast
