SGT!! U can buy the calipers and do the 1 spot test for constant numbers..

its one inch above the right hipbone is the quick 1 spot test. Of course u can do the 7spot test, but usually what matters is the 1 main spot..

besides u can see if the bf% is constant, just by checking 1 spot.

you want to know what's weird on me though?

... the hip bone area is vacular and paper thin...but the lower abs have a good size pinch.... lol. I'm keeping track via the hand grab on my lower abs.... if I start to get a DUNLAP... belive me diet will be highly scrutinized, lol.

Thanks bro... good point, i wanna keep track... i'll look into them, but I think i'll buy a Dip belt first.

Going back tomorrow... was too tight to crack some spots.

L I Band... (no idea yet...research later) on my left hip down my leg hurts like a bastard... from sleeping weird he said... lol :rolleyes:

Rollering and major streching will help... so that's on my itinerary for this evening now.

Yeah PITA indeed... I think i did it for 2 days in a row before, that's it, LOL!

:verygood: I sleep very strange... i wake up in odd positions... sort of grotesque..but it'll get the point across: Picture a murder scene on a street... u know how they out line the bodies in very weird positions... like one arm up... a leg over there...

That's how I sleep :rolleyes: lol

Today - off

Tomorrow Tuesday - Week 2 Day 1 :evilking:

I look forward to lifting like never before now that it's only 3x week training... I dig it though.

Food has been pretty good today... no real quality food til' later but overall ... good eatin' day.

Just cooked up 5 lbs of chicken, 2 lbs of beef... a huge pot full of brown rice and some veggies :) I'm all set til' the weekend hopefully :coffee:

Oh... i think weight in this am after PPH was 204.5 lbs

Week 2 Day 1 :evilking:

Diet Today:
*most posted measurments are estimations, I don't measure everything... However, I did measure oats and eggs this am... Milk I drink out of 8 or 16oz glasses (OR out of a protein shaker with measurments on the side... like todays 12oz). Just ask if u want to know specifically if I had measured something*

9:30am
1 cup Beaters, 2 whole eggs, good amount of cheese mixed in... Ketchup on top :verygood:
1.25 cup Oats with splenda and milk
16 oz. Milk
8 oz Apple Juice


11:00am
Almonds

12:30pm - not in stone... going to prep now :evil:
1+ cup Brown Rice (made with soy sauce for flavor...per MM107 :) Thanks bro!)
1 cupish ground beef lean... some olive oil tossed in there. dash of ketchup too.
.5 cup brocolli
12 oz milk
almonds

{WOW...there's a lot of food in front of me, lol... I think it looks more like 1.5-2 cups of rice...may save some for later on.}

ground beef
brown rice & flat noodles (cooked in beef broth... oh SOO good)
ketchup
16 oz Milk

9:15pm
1 medium size chicken breast
1 cup brocolli
prefaced with...
- 1/4 pint of Hagaan Daas - Caramel Cone (My NEW FAVORITE... so damn good)
- 7 swedish fish :verygood:


*that is all* ... well, I never really do know. As of this momment I think that's all for now, lol
