Chins: BWx3, BWx2.5 ... lol
BTN Lat Pull Downs: 110x8, 130x8, 150x8 (PR)
DB Hammers: 35's x8, 40's x8, 45's x8

Decline sit ups... 3, three-quater reps... pain.... went back after a set ^^^ and 1 3/4 rep and sharp shooting pain that scared the crap outa me... I hoped off that thing so friggin' fast... fuckin' a.

9:00pm

Cardio: 8 minutes treadmill ~ 3.0 speed.... damn hamstrings are wound up tighter than my crazy Aunt Louise

Chiropractor even wants x-rays now... he said they'd be "a hundred," that sounds fine, it's the $300+ for a M.D. appt and all the other crap that would have been way too much... I may get them soon. Good thing.
