with a frame like that you'll never add anything, because you don't know how to diet ,its not all just tuna ,eggs and stuff,you need foods full of micro nutrients,Omega 3 fatty acids and such.the body holds fat if it doesn't get enough.
 
Am I the only one who is going to call BS on 190lbs? 175 when your soaking wet maybe no fucking way you're 190 you look scrawnier than shit.
 
400 g of protein? For a non juicer? Sounds hella much, I calculated my protein to be around 250 g, with 80g of carbs and 40 g of fat if it was optimal. You guys keep telling me to eat, and pancakes.. ?

Its not carb intake that is my problem, it is getting enough protein without shakes. And trust me, imho over 2000 for me just wont work if I want to see progress in cutting. I can probably bulk at 3000 if I wanted to. Gain fat easily, specially if protein is too low. Too many carbs or fats will go to waste into bodyfat.

Why is it bs to cycle this early? Gains will come on matter when I cycle.
 
^^^^ cuz like i've said twice on this thread. you will not get the benefits of deca without enough carbs.

i'm not saying pancakes from mcdonalds, I'm saying making your own pancakes at home fresh. I was way skinnier than you, I was an endurance runner for 2 years btw so trust me on this.. carbs are the answer for you. you are not getting enough complex carbs, healthy fats like RADAR said, and protein.. you need all of that when you bulk.

bro I understand where you are coming from and I get your thinking.. but you need to throw that out the window.. the way you've been eating is WRONG for this sport. its great for someone who wants to be healthy and sport a low bf%, but it won't amount to nothing if you want to bulk and build mass and strength.

everyone says I am 200+ pounds.. I weigh just 185.

i could easily come on here and say I am 205 and you all would believe me.
 
Yeah scale probably lie, and I havent weighed myself in a while. Wild guess.

From your pics it looks like you can fine tune your diet and put on some size without much fat. Talk to Radar bout the diet

if you haven't weighed in a while I would guess you were 6 foot and somewhere in the 170's with 8-11% bf.

dont worry about putting on body fat, just focus on bulking right now. you can cut down later on, you have a lot of room to grow.

its much easier IMO for someone skinny to bulk and look good, then it is for an overweight person to cut down then bulk back up... so lets set you up on a diet and training program for the 9-12 months then lets worry about juicing.
