400 g of protein? For a non juicer? Sounds hella much, I calculated my protein to be around 250 g, with 80g of carbs and 40 g of fat if it was optimal. You guys keep telling me to eat, and pancakes.. ?
Its not carb intake that is my problem, it is getting enough protein without shakes. And trust me, imho over 2000 for me just wont work if I want to see progress in cutting. I can probably bulk at 3000 if I wanted to. Gain fat easily, specially if protein is too low. Too many carbs or fats will go to waste into bodyfat.
Why is it bs to cycle this early? Gains will come on matter when I cycle.
