RTD's legit or not?

Hey I know this doesn't deal with gear but I need some opinions on these things. Do you guys think the protein in these drinks are good because I read over at the AST site that these drinks are made with a cheap grade whey and than boiled after the whey has been put in to destroy any bacteria. The ones in the plastic bottles all contain whey so I am guessing those are probably no good as heat ruins the whey, but ones such as Met-Rx RTD 40, Worldwide's Pure Pro Shake are made with milk based proteins and contain no whey. So would these type be allright to drink when in a hurry or what? I have brought this to other people's attention and no one knows what to think. If there is anyone that know a chemist that could test these things out I think it would help a lot of people out in knowing if these drinks are legit or not.

the more u learn about supplements the more u realize its all the same shit

(ast dont make an RTD so of course they are gonna tell u they suck)

Come on I know some of you drink these things like this fag sales guy at my gym who drinks like 3 a day in between his meals oh and because they are free. j/k

Yes,they are an excellent form of quick protein.Could the reason AST bashes them be because they don't offer one themselves?

Met-Rx's RTD-40 is a whey/casein combo,which is a TIME- RELEASED protein.Perfect for avoiding ant-catabolism.As long as you're using a reputable company,RTD's are a geat idea.

No listing of whey g-dogg?
No, there is no whey. The reason this concerns me is because I get them free from work and I drink like 4 a day-they're so much more conv. than making my own
