- 3 oz chicken breast marinated in jerk seasoning

*It was not in the cards for me to go to the gym this evening! First, my garage door wouldn’t open and I totally panicked with visions of not being able to drive anywhere for a while. I had to sit on the phone with customer service for an hour so a live human could pick up and reprogram my transmitter (huh?!). Then, I finally get out only to find the road to my gym totally blocked off because of some utility issues. I don’t know if it’s all heat related, but I think we had our hottest day of the year here in Philly today. So I basically turned around and came home exhausted after 90 mins of just trying to get to the gym!
