Having to go for an ultrasound and worry about tumors has slightly changed my perspective. I've learned to appreciate what I have...
I was going to PM this to you, but what the heck... I am NOT making this about me, but I want you to know I can completely relate to this Roony ... really, this is the way I found out I had "C" ... just turned out that mine CT scan & round of tests found a blood cancer out of the friggin blue. I was even prescribed meds for a kid infection etc before I checked myself in the ER ... WTF?!

My last doc appt, proved difficult, but a reality I knew I would have to face at some point ... future health issues will be there & YES I can live with one kid b/c there is damage to one from 'everything' ...

I am relieved MORE THAN YOU KNOW that you are ok & wish nothing but a healthy and happy life for you. ALWAYS ...

"made me realize that without my health intact, nothing else matters..."

^^ You couldn't be so right on honey ...

Sun, April 16th

Happy Easter! No celebration for me, but I am surprised to hear all the stores and even the malls are closed here today.

Still suffering from DOMS so no cardio this weekend at all…time to pop some Ibuprofen instead :worried:
Have you stretched them, applied heat, went for a walk if it's your legs??
That always help me to recover faster.

I think this is going to become a weekday staple. This is how much of a dork I've become: I brought my own stash of Flat Out Carb Down tortillas and gave it to the cafeteria at work to use to make for my wraps. I couldn't get the macros or ingredients on their supposed "whole wheat" wraps so I didn't feel comfortable not knowing what the heck I was putting in my mouth. Also I let them use their "low fat" swiss cheese yesterday, but from today on, I'm bringing in 2 slices of my own cheese (that I weigh out) to give to them too. :verygood: :qt:
