I want you to stand straight up or more than you did in your video for next time. Looks to me like an injury waiting to happen.
 
sorry missed that bro. I export it using WIndows Media Player. If it doesn't run for you, do two things.

1. Download newest version of WIndows Media Player from microsoft's website or

2. Go to www.divx.com and download their divx drivers.. they cover most of the popular compressions methods, and most likely this one as well
 
Thursday June 19 - Light Bench Day

Ok I missed light bench day, so decided to make it up today

Speed Bench Press

135 x 8 sets x 3 reps (different grips), 225 x 2

Speed Incline PRess

115 x 3 sets x 3 reps

Push Press

135 x 6
155 x 4
195 x 3!!! (previous PR 185 x 4)
Speed sets: 135 x 2 x 3 reps

4" Rack lockouts off chest

225 x 2 sets x 6 reps

Thick Dumbell Holds

125's x 2 setss x ~40 seconds
