Incline Dumbell Press
70 x 3 sets x 5 reps
90 x 8
95 x 6!!! (+5 lbs)

Standing Dumbell Press
40 x 3 sets x 5 reps
60 x 5 - need to get better at standing presses

JM Press
95 x 8
115 x 8
135 x 5
155 x 3!!!

Power Cleans with thick bar
135 x 5 x 5

Upright Row
135 x 5!!! (+2 reps)
 
Thanka man, cold is gone, those 15 grams of vitamin C really help you out. Growth, none, haven't got bigger since last year, even when I ate everything in sight, just got fatter. I'm fine wiht it, as long as I get stronger its all good

Lat Pulldown

close grip: 250 x 9!!! (+1 rep)
wide grip: 220 x 3!!! (+10 lbs)

Seated Hammer Curl
55 x 7 (+1 rep)
 
nice workout...i have the hardest time getting heavy dumbells in position for incline too...if i can get it up the first rep i can knock out about 4 more...but its the toughest thing getting it up for the first...
