Already done with morning workout, cardio, and breakfast. For the past couple days my workouts haven't been much (the exercise facility here is minimal at best) but they have been enough to get a nice pump and get the blood flowing. Yesterday I worked chest, shoulders, and triceps. Tbh its not worth going through the workout. Lol. It was just non stop supersets with high reps for maximum intensity in minimul time. Today was back and the my workout today follows suit with yesterdays. I feel I am looking really good even though I feel a bit bloated because of the sodium increase in my diet. (I have had to alter it a bit to fit in the busy convention center) Regardless of the changed diet, exercise, and daily routines I have still been able to progress in my over all look. Vascularity, hardness, and separation are steadily increasing! Over all I am very pleased given the present circumstances! Thanks everyone for following. Hopefully I can have a few new pics up by the end of the week!
