Already done with morning workout, cardio, and breakfast. For the past couple days my workouts haven't been much (the exercise facility here is minimal at best) but they have been enough to get a nice pump and get the blood flowing. Yesterday I worked chest, shoulders, and triceps. Tbh its not worth going through the workout. Lol. It was just non stop supersets with high reps for maximum intensity in minimul time. Today was back and the my workout today follows suit with yesterdays. I feel I am looking really good even though I feel a bit bloated because of the sodium increase in my diet. (I have had to alter it a bit to fit in the busy convention center) Regardless of the changed diet, exercise, and daily routines I have still been able to progress in my over all look. Vascularity, hardness, and separation are steadily increasing! Over all I am very pleased given the present circumstances! Thanks everyone for following. Hopefully I can have a few new pics up by the end of the week!

Thanks man. U will do my best to DESTROY THAT SHIT!! Lol. U have my word on that. I feel good in spite of all the changes I have had to make over the past few days. Veins are popping in my obliques and upper abs. Vascularity in lower arms and shoulders is getting CRAZY. My quads are getting more separated daily and they are slowly getting constant spider web veins! Thanks so much for your support. Comments like these keep me going!!

As for sleep...it still sucks. As we speak I am wide awake at 2:45 a.m. and the irony is that I am exhausted. I am lucky now to get 5 hrs of sleep but I am Getting more and more use to it. I am ready to sleep though. Lol. I think getting back home from this convention we he'll tremendously as well.

These last 3.5 weeks are gonna fly by and I see changes coming on am increasingly faster basis! Hopefully I will have that freaky look. I have gotten nothing but compliments the entire convention! As much as that excites me...I won't let it go to my head. I need to constantly improve every day to the show. I do however use these kind words and even more motivation to only get better!! Thanks again everyone!

Thanks burn! Haven't heard from u in a while! Its going man. Def getting tough. I am ready for the show to be here. Lol. Last 3 weeks! 2 more to be ready. Tbh I am ready to eat again not just to taste the good food, but I just want to be bringing in enough carbs to sleep. Haha. I am going on almost 3 weeks of sleeping no more than 5 hrs a night. I think I am gonna have a good showing though and that excites me! I just want my hard work to pay off

So I finally got home from d.c. around 1:30am Thursday morning and I was exhausted. I am back on tract with my daily routine. Same foods, cardio at 6, gym in the afternoon...etc. it feels so much better to be back on schedule and its time to finish this thing!!!!

So from this moment forward my training will be altered a bit. I am no longer going crazy in the gym. I am backing off the weights and keeping things a bit more light. I will no longer be building this close to the show and I want to decrease the risk of injury as well keep inflammation and swelling at a minimum. Right now its just about the pump and Getting the blood flowing. Here we go.

So as u see I worked shoulders and threw in a couple of triceps exercises. At this point its all about the pump. Lol. I do what I cab to get the blood flowing and move on to the next one. I know these last few weeks will fly by!

Thanks owl!! Trying to keep a little intensity. Lol. Just keeping it light. So yesterday was chest and biceps. My workouts this week have been a bit scattered due to the d.c. trip but I managed to get everything in! I had a pretty good workout. Again it was nothing intense. Just a good workout to fwt the blood flowing. My vascularity and hardness is getting pretty crazy. I can't wait to see how I look in three weeks!

Just to keep you guys updated...I will be making a few changes in the next week. After this coming friday I will cut all artificial sweeteners and other artificial flavors. It will strictly be fish, oats, & egg whites. All plain...blah. lol. I will also be dropping my test 2 weeks out. I will "replace" the test with 60mg of var a day for the last 2 weeks. I might jump up to 80mg the week of. 10 days out I will drop the mast and tren. I will run the win all the way to the show with the var. My current win dose is 100mg a day but I also might bump that up to 150mg the week of. Cardio is still seven daysxa week but I will drop that as well a week before the show

So as u see the workout was very light and easy. I will tell u that I had a pump from he'll though. I can't wait to see the final changes over these next 3 weeks!
