Lol while everyone is cutting and looking great for comps this summer and fall, I'm getting fat trying to put on some more mass for next years comp. Seriously though with still 4 weeks left you'll look amazing man

Ha ha ha. I wish I was doing what u are doing!! I love putting on the muscle!! I am gonna hit a really strict/heavy bulker as soon as my comp is over. Lol. Gonna come back even better next year. This is my first comp ever so I am proud to be where I am at this point...especially for a comp/diet virgin. I just want to come in at my absolute best. So is there a particular show/weight class u are looking at next year?

Man you are doing a wonderful job for your first diet/comp! Well it really depends how things turn out this year. I would like to compete in a lighter class, there are not much competitors here in that class. I'd like to win a few comps in a lighter class, and get some experience before moving up to a difficult heavy class

Awesome man! I understand. Experience is the most important thing!! I am just competing in the jr division this year...I will be a heavy weight but if I do well in the jr division my next step will be the open light heavy more than likely. I would love to be an open heavy though. Lol. We will see though. I am actually over 200lbs (between 200-205) with not much left to lose and I am just 5'8. I feel I have so much room to grow though. We shall see what happens in due time. I hope it all works out for u though man. I appreciate your words if encouragement. If I can help in any way feel free to ask!

So...I had a good workout today but not a great one. I was exhausted because I have not been sleeping well at all and this past week has been he'll. I haven't slept at all. My total sleep for the past 48 hrs has been 8 hrs with only 3 coming last night. I powered through the back workout regardless though! Here we go.

Sorry I am a little late on the light update. I had to finish watching the heat/thunder game! So since its late...I will keep it short. I felt pretty good today. I think I looked even better. Shoulders are really getting that grainy separated look and I love it! Here we go!

I felt pretty strong throughout the entire workout and the pump was great. I did some posing afterwards and a fellow bb competitor at my gym took a look at me and said that I was looking good! Especially considering its my first show! All more motivation to keep improving! Until 6a.m. cardio...goodnight ef!

So I had a busy day today and an even more busy day tomorrow. Up as usual for my 6a.m. cardio session and had to get my arm workout early as well. Been trying to get everything together to head up to D.C. tomorrow. The worst part about going to this convention isn't the drive from MS to D.C. ...its the fact I will be on a Pre contest diet while there. Lol. Oh well. It will all be worth it! Gonna stay perfect and keep improving regardless!! I must say that my arms looked pretty crazy today...nice and separated and crazy vascular and hard. I had a pretty good workout as well...especially training on 50g of carbs. Lol. So here we go

That was pretty much it. I kept the reps fairly high and the intensity up ..as always. I had a sick pump but had to take it a bit easy. The elbow was flaring up a bit. Its all good now. Only 4 weeks out from tomorrow! Def on the right track! Veins are even starting to pop in the upper abs! I can't wait to see where I am in 4 weeks!
